Very nice and quiet spot with minimum traffic. I ordered my food to go since I was leaving work and it was done in about 15 minutes it was hot and fresh. I really enjoyed it. They also cook your food. The Pound cake is delicious and every time I come I have to take a couple pieces to go. The prices are affordable. If you are in the west of Louisville and wants some good food I highly recommend. Please take note of their business hours. They are not open late, so make sure you plan ahead if you do, want to try something at this location.

The food and service are wonderful at Southern Hospitality!! This is my and my husband’s go-to spot for catfish. I love that we have the option to add a salad to our meal. We always add bacon crumbles and eggs. Recently, my husband tried the fried bologna sandwich. He enjoyed that as well. Our granddaughter, who can be picky eaters, devour the wings.

SH was a most pleasant surprise! Unassuming on the outside, but clean and spacious inside. I was greeted warmly when I walked in, and the same lady was patient with me as I ordered my grilled beef bologna sandwich. It was SO good. If you haven’t seen, GO! You’re missing out on a true gem.

Southern Hospitality is one of THE BEST restaurants in the Westend of Louisville Ky. They serve REAL home cooked food with that TRUE Southern flair! The team here was REALLY welcoming which I appreciate greatly because, unfortunately, you don’t find THAT kind of genuine service everywhere anymore. I’d suggest the rib eye sandwich, which is a crowd favorite and is AWESOME! I’d also suggest the catfish combo, THE BEST! Go check out their open mic night, there’s a full bar, so you can get your drink on. They have a billiard (pool) table, or you can choose to play a game of darts! I’ll be going back, SOON!!
