Let me tell you something. My family “discovered” this spot today (they have been around for 7 years). These folks know how to throw down a fantastic meal. The portions were great, every ingredient was so fresh, seasoned, priced right and extremely tasty.

When we arrived, there was a 25-minute wait. We were greeted and made to feel extremely welcome. The food was good, as was the service! This restaurant is small in size, but it makes up for it in flavor and Southern hospitality! I wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem!

Absolutely loved our experience here! We came on Saturday and was told there was a 30 min wait, so we found somewhere else to eat. But we made sure to go back early on Sunday to try it out. The hostess remembered us from the prior day and apologized for our wait the day before, but was able to seat us right away on this day. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and immediately told us what the most popular dishes were as well as what his favorites were. The collard green egg rolls are definitely worth the hype! I loved the salmon croquet over pepper jack grits and my boyfriend loved his breakfast bowl. They made sure our drink glasses were always full and the food came out fairly fast. They played old school r&b, and it was a nice atmosphere. Seems rare these days to find a restaurant that not only has great food, but also AMAZING service. 10/10 will definitely be going back!

We Had Brunch Here On A Friday & It Was A 10/10. Our Server Was Maysa Whom We Highly Recommend, But The Staff As A Whole Were Lovely && Hospitable. We Had The Seafood Beggars As An App, Our Only Complaint Was The Top Being Too Crunchy To Eat(10/10). The Catfish Over Grits w/ Potatoes (10/10) Was Delightful. The Catfish Doesn’t Taste Like Water As It Does Most Places && The Grits Were Creamy, The Whole Meal Was FLAVORFUL. The Salmon Burger (10/10) w/ Mixed Greens (9/10) Were Good, NICE Sized Salmon Patty. We Also Had The Chance To Try A Peach Flavored Fried Dough (forgot the name) They Were Ok (6/10). The Food Was Plated Nicely && Had Hefty Portions. We Took Cookies, Red Velvet Cake, Catfish&Grits, && A Turkey Burger To Go; We’re Sure They Will Taste Just As Good. We’ll Be Returning Again To Try More Of The Breakfast Menu!

Was out of town and My sister recommended this establishment and raves about the collard egg rolls. Atmosphere nice and quaint, customer service was good, Prices right in line with everything else. Cons: I didn’t know they had a BkFast & lunch menu. I asked the server for the egg rolls, he said they don’t serve those?? I asked are you sure, same response. Had to look it up to find it was breakfast hours still. But still, server needs to know the menu. I ordered a cinnamon roll to go, he forgot to give it, had to run back in after leaving to get it.

My son and I visited this restaurant on a Friday afternoon. I think we made it after their rush since we were the only customers. We were welcomed before we even walked in the door. I thought this was great customer service. Most employees are usually not so attentive when they have downtime at other restaurants I have been to.

Sean is amazing! When he was recommending food choices, all 3 of us in my party had to debate which ones we wanted to try because he made everything sound delicious – even things we wouldn’t normally eat elsewhere. I ate the shrimp and pepper Jack cheese grits with french toast and we shared a Colossal Cinnamon Roll with strawberries. Everything was absolutely perfect and the service was wonderful with our glasses never getting below half-empty and multiple people checking in with us to make sure our experience was going well. 100/10, will definitely be back!

We had a little bit of a wait because, when we arrived, it was close to closing time and this place is pretty popular and very busy on Sunday. It was worth the wait! The food was absolutely delicious and I definitely want to go back to try some of the other dishes on the menu.

we stopped in for breakfast this morning, not realizing they take reservations, but we were still able to get a table. Everyone was friendly and efficient. When one of our group ordered the biscuits and gravy the waitress warned that only 4 people had ever finished a full order which was good because the half order was bigger than I’d ever seen! the biscuits were large and fluffy and the gravy was very meaty! The blackened shrimp and grits was amazing, the shrimp was well seasoned and cooked and the grits were the perfect texture! everything was large portioned and well prepared, it’s definitely worth a trip out of the way!
