I mean of course the food was good. Eat breakfast here and you’re sorted for the next day. The atmosphere of three generations and a museum of truly amazing and well loved sewing machines — it is like eating at a friend’s house who has the coolest toys.

Stayed overnight in the truck parking lot and in the morning had some amazing biscuits and gravy and the coffee was really good. People were so friendly, even the locals who were there enjoying their own meal. Wish we had more time to stay and eat.

A diamond in the rough. Unpretentious exterior with an interior frozen in the 70s offers a unique experience. Friendly service and good comfort food, at prices that are frozen in time. We enjoyed soaking in the decor, and listening to the locals while waiting for our meal. This is where you want to go for local comfort food. There are several fast food options down the street if you’re in a rush.

I’ve only been to this place once and we ordered strip steak and in my opinion it was either overcooked or it was tough. The people were very courteous there and I may have to give it another try but I will not order the steak again. Most of these places need to marinate their meat and they don’t!
