2 minutes away but takes a hour + to get here. Only came 1hr and 10 minutes after I called and asked if they’re coming. Last time Im ordering from here .. lacking in flavor and authenticity. And got cold quick (doesn’t taste fresh).

doesn’t even deserve one star. We ordered a lasagna, breadsticks, 2 liter soda and a small salad that came with the lasagna, waited longer than an hour just for the lasagna to come frozen in the middle and drowned in grease. The lasagna turned into this mushy type of soup as soon as it hit the plate. What’s worse than the food is the customer service, when we called and told them what was wrong with the food they told us it was nothing and was just the cheese, then when we repeated ourselves for the 3rd time he told us “it’s fine, just reheat it”… After we discussed it over with the same guy he said “okay, you can just get something else” so we chose wings and he told us we had to pay a difference? because of how hungry me and my kids are i just decided to pay the 8 dollar difference. and when they arrive they wouldn’t give us our food because they want everything we ordered back. unacceptable you give us frozen and greasy food and still make us pay for a difference PLUS you want the food back? no. never ordering from here again.

This is my normal go to place for food the pizza is normally the best in town but tonight I have to say I’m very disappointed. I decided to try the seafood platter n I wish I didn’t the batter was so thick and seasoned extremely much it over powered the food. The seafood was soggy and under cooked. The pizza had no flavor to it at all it was not my usual experience I normally have with this place and I always talk about how this restaurant has the best pizza in town 41$ LATER. Would not recommend this place. The taste wasn’t there at all and I got it cold on top of that. These are their “chicken wings” and the pizza tasted like one I could have bought frozen at price rite with how chewy the cheese was. They didn’t even bother to cut it into 8 slices.

All I can say is I ate here a few years back and it was disgusting orders buffalo chicken wing and fried shrimp and when I got my order everything was cold the chicken had so much breading on it they were definitely not traditional wings shrimp was the same and they are very rude on the phone save yourself the headache go somewhere else

I work all day Saturday and Sunday every week. After working a 10 hour day the last thing I want to do is cook when I get home!! I love how they make my pizza! I like a thin crust and it always comes out perfectly!! I also like their chicken wings!! I haven’t had one bad experience at South End Pizza and I order from them all the time!! They are also very friendly! While I’m waiting for my order, they always chat with me. Thank you very much for a DELICIOUS pizza every time I order one!!!

Asked for a party pizza. Well my son called for a party pizza and they told him they ran out. I mean damn my cuz called 1 hour later and bam he got a party pizza. Unprofessional. The manager is arguing with my 15 year old son cause he asked how they run out of party pizza dough. Will not order from here again. And please don’t have ur children place an order with this guys over the phone. Very rude.
