doesn’t even deserve one star. We ordered a lasagna, breadsticks, 2 liter soda and a small salad that came with the lasagna, waited longer than an hour just for the lasagna to come frozen in the middle and drowned in grease. The lasagna turned into this mushy type of soup as soon as it hit the plate. What’s worse than the food is the customer service, when we called and told them what was wrong with the food they told us it was nothing and was just the cheese, then when we repeated ourselves for the 3rd time he told us “it’s fine, just reheat it”… After we discussed it over with the same guy he said “okay, you can just get something else” so we chose wings and he told us we had to pay a difference? because of how hungry me and my kids are i just decided to pay the 8 dollar difference. and when they arrive they wouldn’t give us our food because they want everything we ordered back. unacceptable you give us frozen and greasy food and still make us pay for a difference PLUS you want the food back? no. never ordering from here again.

Would not recommend this place. The taste wasn’t there at all and I got it cold on top of that. These are their “chicken wings” and the pizza tasted like one I could have bought frozen at price rite with how chewy the cheese was. They didn’t even bother to cut it into 8 slices.

Wanted pizza so bad last night and we decided to give this place a try, worst decision ever for pizza WORST!! The pizza box was so greasy, and it looked as if someone poured oil on the pizza after it was done!! Then my husband took a bite and asked me to bite after he did and it was disgusting!!! THE SAUSAGE WASN’T SAUSAGE AND THE CHEESE TASTES OLD. So I called and the owner told me everybody loved the pizza there and that they were closing so I can get something else the next time I order! The next time I order, was sure I wasn’t ordering again because it was disgusting. So the next day I went and brought the pizza back to show him we didn’t eat it and can I just have my money back, he told me NO cause he could have came and picked it up and he or someone else could have eaten it, huh like did he really say that to a customer!! So really u would have took that pizza back after it’s been in my house and u don’t know if anybody has COVID or not but u would have picked it up and eaten the pizza!! That mean u will resale a pizza u picked up from someone’s house too!! So because I called a few before they closed he rushed me off the phone!! He wanted to argue with me about it too because he was upset I wanted my money back but I told him Happy Father’s Day it’s ok!! TELL U ONE THING I will never in my life go back there and I will make sure anyone I know don’t go back there too!!! Leave pizza making for the Italians please!!!! Thank u!!

I work all day Saturday and Sunday every week. After working a 10 hour day the last thing I want to do is cook when I get home!! I love how they make my pizza! I like a thin crust and it always comes out perfectly!! I also like their chicken wings!! I haven’t had one bad experience at South End Pizza and I order from them all the time!! They are also very friendly! While I’m waiting for my order, they always chat with me. Thank you very much for a DELICIOUS pizza every time I order one!!!

I’ve never been a true “pizza connoisseur” but I do love “New York thin crust pizza”!! South End Pizza makes a delicious thin crust pizza at least the best that I can find outside of New York!! I enjoy it so much that it’s become dinner for me every Saturday or Sunday night after I finish working a 9 hour shift! 99% of the time, it’s cooked perfectly and taste wonderful!! I also enjoy their salads, chicken wings and onion rings. Their onion rings are beer batter dipped not bread crumbs which in my opinion, are far more delicious than onion rings that are made with bread crumbs!! Additionally, they are always friendly, polite, and know who I am when I call to place an order!! I would absolutely recommend South End Pizza for a tasty meal!!

Terrible, I bit into my pizza and the cheese was not stringy, crust is so thin it’s ridiculous. Not to mention hair in the pizza as though it was baked with hair. Barely pepperoni and the man who delivered had a stank attitude. Don’t order from here even if it’s your last option! Your food will come with hair or who knows what else in it.
