At this point I’ve tried 90% of the menu and everything is exceptional! The brisket is juicy, with a nice smoke ring, color, and crust.
The smash burgers are perfectly seasoned and juicy. Easily the best burger in KG!
The macadilla is a real treat. Don’t sleep on the hot dogs either. That smoke flavor paired with the chili is killer!
And to top it off, the owners are wonderful people!

Man their food is 10 out 5. Ribs melt in your mouth. They have the best coleslaw in our state. Pork sandwich was incredible. My Wife would choose bbq tofu over bbq pork. She loved it. Even the sauce too. You can’t pass their spot without trying the food. Trust me.
