It was my first time eating here. I got a “pizza flight” so I could try three different pizzas. Prices are reasonable. I like the crust. Hand tossed and crispy without being too thin.

Take note these reviews are for what South State once was, without the original owner, cooks and staff the true soul of the restaurant is gone.
Everything was amazing, the staff was always friendly and helpful, and the food always tasted perfect. I can’t imagine it staying this way however with the new owners taking over, it is going to be incredibly sad to see the real South State Pizza and Grill go. RIP to the best pizza, burgers and subs in SW.

I’ve had several bad experiences here such as very slow service, overcooked food, and everyone’s food at your table coming out 5-10 minutes apart. The last time I was there service was very good however! Definitely recommend their wings, very flavorful!
