Service was good attentive and polite, though not particularly memorable. The staff checked in consistently and were responsive when needed, which kept the experience smooth and welcoming.
Pressed for time, I stopped in for a quick bite and decided to sample an appetizer. I ordered the Paneer 69, having previously tried Paneer 65 and wanting to explore something different. The dish had a distinct and unconventional flavor profile, leaning heavily toward South Indian influences. The taste felt like a fusion of sambar style spices, South Indian masala, and a hint of ketchup like sweetness. It was certainly unique, though the boldness may not suit everyone.
Overall, a decent first impression with interesting flavors, though a few refinements in seating flow and flavor balance could elevate the experience further.
For dessert, I had the chocolate ice cream, which was delicious and a must-try. One thing that really stood out was the variety of food and ice cream options, which is rare to see, especially for a restaurant on an Indian street.
The staff were extremely respectful and polite, offering great customer service throughout. I also liked the ambience – there are separate partitions for the dine-in area and the ice cream section, which makes the place feel organized and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant experience and worth visiting.
To the owner : if you do not have control over your kitchen and staff do not run this restaurant and spoil the brand . Disgusting that they even tried to send me spoiled food . For god sake stop cutting corners dude !!
I ordered two times from this restaurant first time they said we don’t have dish and I asked them to give my refund they said okay but in app they mentioned we replaced with other order and I lost 40 dollers.
2 nd time I ordered again two pulao but then send two jeera rices. I lost my money again.
My humble request if you guys don’t know how to run business and how to satisfy customers just close your business
I live 25 miles away, so dealing with their repeated mistakes is beyond frustrating. On top of that, they add extra charges for debit card payments, and when I asked for an explanation, they casually brushed it off by saying it’s a “franchise charge” and not the restaurant’s problem — which makes absolutely no sense. Overall, terrible service and zero accountability.
Review from 5th visit: Food quality getting degraded, mutton curry and pulao tastes worst than before along with few other recipes.
We ordered in one visit with veg biryani, chicken biryani and Dosa. Dosa, sambar, chutney were 8/10. Sambar was good. But biryani, no onion lemon or salad provided. The raita was smelling bad. And sambar came with biryani , instead of salan. Biryani was pretty normal. Overall Pathetic.
This review is on the unlimited thali on weekends. Its a very small spaced with huge crowd comes in for dining. A lot of waiting, because of the name Godavari. Also, the service is so poor that the staff even dont check your order till 10mins, plus another 10 mins to get the thali which would have been readily served. I used to have unlimited thali, which they serve at the table. Love the food, pulao is so good along with mutton curry. At the end the sweet and especially Paan is like perfect ending. Must try, not suggested for vegetarian thali. Alacarte is also avg.
