Southpoint is an old fashioned diner first opened in 1954 as a truck-stop gas station with a restaurant. It serves old-fashioned American comfort food in a cozy room with retro details and middle bar table. The gas station is gone but Southpoint stayed open strong serving food 24 hours a day. It has become a staple of Stevens Point over the years and continues to serve great homemade food, fresh pies, and our famous chicken dumpling soup!

Food was good. The chicken dumpling soup had great flavor. The omelette was good an the burger had some good flavor as well.
I over got food, couldn’t eat it all.
