Not sure why this has low reviews. That grill was perfectly used; the staff were cool; the service was fast. The burger was deliciously juicy, cheesy, and flavorful. I wish I had time for another. Damn good burger.

Food was very very horrible. Just because you get delivery doesn’t mean send me anything. Bread was steal meat cold no bell peppers just a whole lot of black pepper. Fries was brunt and it had 3 different kind of fries at that.. Bad experience all around I give them 0 out of 10..

Stood in line for 30 minutes for a smash burger and fries. The burger was not seasoned and was greasy, ended up with an upset stomach. The servers went as slow as they could and they waited until they wrapped the burger to drop the fries. Very disappointed wish I would’ve saved my calories for something else..literally anything else. And not to forget the Dr Pepper was watered down, could have sucked it up but I was given hardly no ice to begin with. Also I ordered the bacon smash burger but of course they left off my bacon and they were so stingy with the fries! If you choose to use the smallest boat for fries at least you can do is fill it up! It’s already small and don’t hold much to begin with. Hopefully they take the critique and do better!

I feel like this place is stealing from people. Not in terms of their high prices, but literally through lying about what you will be charged.
~New Orleans sales tax is 10% but the tax on my receipt is over that. Tax should have been 1.63 but it was 2.08.
~The cashier blatantly lied to me after he gave me a large drink without asking, saying it was the same price with my combo, but then I was upcharged 60 cents for the large. And he literally didn’t fill my cup all the way.
~I was also confused why lettuce/tomato/pickles are listed on the menu as free toppings for philly cheesesteaks and chicken sandwiches but on my plain burger (no cheese) they each cost 60 cents.
After I paid, the cashier walked away without giving me a receipt. When he saw I was waiting he acted surprised. The receipt had printed automatically but he didn’t seem happy that I wanted to see it.
I know this isn’t a huge amount of money in the scheme of things, but if you find a way to ad around $2.50 to every order by lying and misleading your customers I’m sure it ads up pretty quickly.
Obviously I did not have the time or energy to wait in line again just to ask for a partial refund. But why would a cashier lie like that to make the owner money? Please, make it make sense.

My steak sandwich was really good I must say just make sure you tell them to dress it because it comes just as.. the tator tots were great , the cashier was nice it was early when I went so not that busy so the cashier did hold a friendly conversation while I was waiting on my order will visit again

Do not waste your money at this place. Just looking at it will make you hesitate about whether or not you should give it a try. I did try it and wasted my money so you don’t have to. First of all, the flavor is nonexistent, and the texture is a mix of undercooked and overcooked pieces. I couldn’t even get through two bites of this soggy attempt at a Philly cheesesteak. I literally got a stomachache just thinking about biting into that greasy clump. I don’t know how anyone can mess up a Philly cheesesteak, but these bored, uninterested employees seem to have mastered it. I wouldn’t eat there even if I had a free month’s worth of coupons. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you want to give your money away, donate it to someone in need—at least someone will be happy by the end of the day. Plus, their credit card terminal looks like a skimmer; it seems really sketchy

This place was the most unorganized, unhelpful, not customer friendly at all. When trying to order the guy at the register didn’t acknowledge us, the lady behind him asked what she could get started. Thought we ordered a bacon cheese burger and fries with a drink. What we got was a bacon cheese burger and a drink..for $20.00??? The friends we were with ordered 2 chicken tenders and onion rings and a drink. Received chicken tenders and French fries. When asked all they said that’s what was on the ticket. Tenders were not tender, cheeseburger was fine. Disappointed in the service or lack there of When on vacation and trying new things. Hopefully smiles will be contagious as things are so much nicer with a smile. Thank you

Is located in the beautiful city of New Orleans… Me and the wifey were here for my niece’s wedding. After reading other reviewers, I have to tell you my experience was good. The food was plenty. Sandwich was large, We probably could have ordered just one and split it. Customer service for us was a 10 fine young gentleman.Place looked clean. Price was about $19 a sandwich with fries yes. Which which we think is expensive.. But let me tell you everything in New Orleans is expensive! Haha…

Meh. I was feeling like eating a good sandwich. What I got was some crusty bread with not a whole lot of meaty goodness. It took forever to go through the line and get my order. The employee working the register was less than thrilled to be taking my order as you could tell there were a million other places he’d rather be at than working at this restaurant. The choices of drinks were limited to about three since the others were out. The only positive thing about this establishment were the loaded fries, as my son really enjoyed those.
