Good food, friendly service. Not much space during winter, but great for take out. Looks like better weather the picnic tables outside expand the eating experience. Note: the sandwich was upside down when I took the photo. Other side looked prettier Went back the next day for the Roast Beef special! Had a nice conversation with the owner. This is only the second winter she has been open. Usually the lemon tree and table are outside and the flow through from door to door allows for better traffic and the eating area is outside. Portions are large. Half the Roast Beef grinder filled me up for lunch and I’ll have the other half tonight just like yesterday with the Cuban. Highly recommend!

This is one of Bridgeport best kept secrets. But we need to get the word out. The food is superb from the Steak egg and cheese sandwich to the homemade porchetta lunch sandwich. The place is immaculate, not like some places. The owner and chief takes pride in what she created and is so personable. Just 5 mins off I95 in Black Rock.

Let me tell you this place is a 10/5 stars. The owner is an incredible woman and the brief time we talked was refreshing and wonderful. The atmosphere and overall energy coming from her kitchen was warm and inviting, not to mention spotless. The menu is full of amazing options, I hope to try them all.
I got the jerk chicken sandwich and a tortellini soup, both are some of the best food I’ve tasted in a good while.
This is a must-see food spot for anyone.
