We moved back to this area near nine yrs ago. I will not name other places in same radius, from Lake Stevens DT to Snohomish to Monroe to Clearview & Granite-the options are pretty obvious. If I was to put South Lake Pizza on a scale(literally) to compare same sizes elsewhere, BIG WIN. Their red sauce is delicious & their MAX Toppings Pizzas EG: Barge & LakeStevens Select(NOT shown on DoorDash-PLZ update DD menu☺️I can’t drive some days) would outright weigh TWICE or more to all the others around.
It is not just about weight, it is quality. These two pies, ‘Moose’ size were my only experiences with South Lake, yet. My once a week ‘Comfort Food’ $ splurge makes several more meals for a Couple or two larger guys after working outdoors and hungry. This is big contrast to competition in regards to leftover, too.
This is NOT a complaint, unlike those complaining about ‘OVERcooked’. I will be asking Cayden & Aiden to just add another minute or two BakeTime to my NEXT ORDERS. As for ‘i had to cut my pizza’ comment, , twice, I have ate couple slices off hood of truck in front of their establishment, HAPPILY. They even offered me a plate when I went in for more parmesan cheese packets, sliceInHand. ….
Seems like I was riding the 80s ‘ShortBus’ (also title for FILTER CD in 90’s band who was Opener for WHITE ZOMBIE )for figuring out BEST place in 10-mile radius of me near a decade. I never realized they are right across from Tom Thumb on way to Costco or Hwy9. Happily, I know, I will be having GOOD Once A Day Pizza meal for next few lunches. Their pizza DEFINITELY is as good, or better next couple few days in Microwave or oven , if you , too, enjoy WARM pizza over cold. I haven’t had a bad experience with South lake pizza…until tonight. So this is rating this particular experience only…
The delivery wasn’t a problem at all…The food was not up to par. The pizza crust was very hard and overcooked, and it wasn’t cut all the way through. The first slice we grabbed, the topping came off the pizza, so I had to get out my pizza cutter to cut each slice to avoid the toppings from sliding off the crust.
The Philly cheesesteak grinder, barely had any meat on it, it was mostly veggies. I know it’s a Friday night, it’s extremely busy, and it’s a small establishment, but for the price we paid we expected to get what we paid for .
We won’t order on a weekend evening again if we’re not going to receive the quality we have always enjoyed from previous orders. We still love y’all. I’m sure we will have more positive experiences in the future. We will continue to order from South lake

So, I was thinking – just got done with some woodworking, why not treat myself to some pizza! I almost went to Papa John’s but I thought, why not try a local business – and I’m SO glad I did. South Lake pizza is bomb. Kaden, Alexis, and Breana were my servers and they all did a wonderful job – my request was a bit picky, I admit, but they cooked it to perfection! Couldn’t ask for better! Honestly, probably one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had!

We have lived in lake stevens for 8 years, and never tried this place. We don’t eat out often, with two toddlers and another on the way it just isn’t always in the budget. I had a coupon so we decided to try it out today since our son loves pizza. I can’t express how glad I am we did try this place! The pizza was absolutely amazing!!! We tried the Philly pizza and the Pineapple pizza. There are very few things I can eat now at 6 months pregnant that don’t give me the ick..but south lake pizza is NOT one of things. The service was absolutely amazing as well! My husband picked up the food, and he only had great things to say. I tried calling to get the name of the two people, but it was automated and didn’t transfer me to the store…I’ll try calling again tomorrow to get the two names of the people that were amazing, and either update this post or write another review.
After looking at the reviews, the next time we order take out, it will be from here, but add wings (my current obsession) to the order as well.

It’s great to have a superior option beside the big chain and Costco pizza. The variety of specialty and the extra options such as additional ingredients on just one half is a bonus also. We had the Dubuke and green salad, which was fresh and crisp. The service is also above standard; the night I was there Aiden made sure to call me by name and was quite curtious. Will be the go to for days like today, my son’s 18th.

Today I was craving wings. So I decided to get the buffalo wings and a pizza. I told aidan that I wanted a different pizza today and asked him what’s new. He said, try the south lake trio three cheese. I wanted to put pepperoni on it. He said no problem. The customer service is top-notch. I want to thank Aiden, and Ebin and everyone else that works there. Your team is amazing. They greet right away when you arrive. These wings are amazing. They’re juicy, flavored perfectly, and they’re not tiny. I’ve had several of your pizzas and the ingredients of them are so fresh. If you want gourmet pizza and everything else that comes from a great pizzeria, be sure to visit South Lake Pizza. You don’t know what you’re missing.

We ordered delivery on a very busy Saturday evening and our order took a bit longer than estimated. The staff were super kind and apologetic, and even gave us delicious desserts for free! We’re somewhat regulars at SLP and have always had great experiences with them, and this hiccup definitely didn’t disappoint. Love that we have such a wonderful and delicious local pizza place so close!

I had a delivery but it was early and the driver specifically did as the details of the delivery were very clear period always nice when people listen and follow. And are grateful to do so I will definitely be ordering Pizza from south lake in the future. Pizza is my favorite and this is the first time I have ordered from this particular establishment. I have yet to go in there and eat, but someday I will. Period nothing makes people happier than good food and great service and I received both from software.
