I got the Fried Mac n cheese bites for an appetizer and the country fried steak Dinner for my meal, it comes with garlic bread so you get to pick your other side well I picked the Mac n cheese. The Mac and cheese bites and country fried steak Dinner was excellent. My only complaint is that the Mac n cheese for the side was very cold so I didn’t finish it.

Stumbled on this place driving to South Alabama, & so glad we did!! Modest little restaurant with friendly service & excellent lunch. We got the club sandwich & fries & the catfish basket with fried okra. Everything was great, tea was sweet & don’t forget to visit their bakery on the way out. Cupcakes were DELISH!!

Hamburgers were very good, shrimp was overcooked. Got there and the girl pointed to a table in the next room. Didn’t have the side I ordered. Brought out the wrong food initially. Coleslaw came with the meal, failed to tell me I had to get my own coleslaw from the salad bar. Waitress set the check down WITH the food and never came back. Couldn’t get anyone’s attention to complain about the shrimp and order something different (they sent me home with a burger to go because my family had finished their meals). Couldn’t ask for drink refills. Everyone was busy socializing and texting and nobody was waiting on tables. Cupcakes were good, burgers were good. Religious signs all over the walls. Very loud and echoey, hard to talk to each other even across the table. Won’t be back.

Excellent food and service. Don’t forget an after dinner cupcake! My steak was perfectly cooked. My wife’s catfish was tender and seasoned very well. My friend had the country fried steak with white gravy – very tender and not overly breaded. Salad bar was fresh and well stocked.

I called an order in for just hamburgers and tots. The girl who took the order was having conversation with others while taking my order so I ask her 3 times if she had everything on the order while repeating the order back to her and she agreed she did. She said it would be about 20 minutes until it was ready. I got there after 15 minutes and was told it was almost ready. After an hour of waiting I finally got my order but one burger and tots was missing. I took the order back in to let them know and she said it would be another 20 minutes to get it. I said well these burgers and tots will be cold once that one gets done and I asked them to redo the whole meal so that it was all hot. They refused to make it all fresh and hot and I feel if I’m paying $100 for this meal it should all be hot and ready together. Needless to say I’ve tried not to frequent that establishment again. The folks are rude and stuck up.

Stopped in for the first time from NW Florida today for lunch, and, WOW, it was great!!!
My burger was superb, perfectly charred & seasoned, and was absolutely delicious. It was absolutely a home run for me. My entire experience didn’t disappoint.
It has a wonderful family friendly, Christian based atmosphere. As a Christian, that’s important to me and blessed me.
From the moment you open the front door you are greeted with the nearly irresistible smell and sights of some wonderfully delicious looking deserts they sell. (Y’all are dangerously tempting me with those deserts, just so you know!!)
Our waitress was quit cute, but more importantly, she was very nice.
Once ordered, our food didn’t take long at all to reach us. We were off to the races devouring our lunch with haste, unashamedly so.
Look, It’s a no brainer folks! If you are anywhere close by, you definitely need to stop in and give them your business. Feel free to tell ‘em I sent ya. (And tell the waitress I said I’m sorry I didn’t ask for her number for me )

I heard about this place,and tried it out. Very nice place. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted and four ladies was up front. One lady was braiding another lady hair. I thought I walked into a beauty shop. I ordered 2 mushrooms burgers and a large Fries. The burgers was good,I waited 15 minutes on my order,got outside to the car to eat,my fries was hard and cold. I love food,and this didn’t do it. I had nothing to eat with my burger. Over all with the customer service and fries I will not eat there again. But the burgers was good. I didnt feel welcome,so I don’t spend my money at places like this.

This is a great, family oriented restaurant. The staff is very friendly and the service is quick. Just about everything we ate was good. I gave the food 4 stars because the ribeye I had was tough and not well-seasoned. I would rate the steak a 6/10. However the country fried steak my wife ordered was great. Their fried mushroom appetizers were really good also. Probably the best I’ve had.
All in all, I would recommend eating here if you are in the area.
