The place is really nice inside, it gives 60’s vibes. The place is clean, clean dinning area clean restrooms. The service is great the people there was really friendly. I ordered a cheese burger, was okay but I guess it’s should have ordered it well done, that was my falt the meat was still creamy red and not for me. We also got a mexican skillet that was much better a 3.5 out of 5. I feel like it was okay but it needed maybe jalapeños in it to give it that Mexican flavor, the chorizo didnt have a kick to it I couldn’t taste it, the hash browns was good. The pancakes that came on the side was a 5 out of 5 they can make some great pancakes. Id probably go back for the pancakes again.

South Fork Cafe is one of those neighborhood spots I’ve been meaning to try forever, but we usually go out for dinner, long after brunch places have closed. When I noticed they were listed as open on Google Maps, it felt like the perfect chance to finally stop by. As we were leaving, we learned they now close at 7 PM daily.
Our first impression was how genuinely friendly our server was. He treated us like longtime regulars, and with so many tempting dishes on the menu, his recommendations were incredibly helpful. I went with the Philly Cheesesteak, which arrived piping hot and was absolutely delicious.
Prices are reasonable, portions are generous, and the overall vibe is welcoming. We’ll definitely be back soon to try more dishes and enjoy that great service again.

Food was all so good! I got a Garden Skillet and all of the veggies were fresh and plentiful! I am also gluten sensitive (non-celiac) and loved the gluten free pancakes. They were fluffy and just lightly seasoned in the most perfect way! Can’t wait to try the gf French toast next time!
The atmosphere is bright and fresh but still comfortable and relaxing. Matt was friendly and the right amount of attentive, adding the cherry on top of a great meal. 12/10, this is definitely going to be a new go-to for me & mine.

Wonderful quaint little hidden gem. I loved the ambiance when we walked in. The menu has a nice variety. My girls got breakfast and I had the BLT with Avocado, it was so yummy, the sourdough bread was fresh and bacon was crispy like I love. Natalie was awesome, very attentive. We will be back. They are going to be open for dinner soon and have us a peak at the menu. ❤️

Very cozy atmosphere. Very fast service. The food was excellent. I got the avocado toast with Pico de gaio, two eggs whatever way you want them and fruit. My fiance got the house special I believe it was the Migas which was very delicious he also got a banana and Nutella French toast. Good portion size as well.

Oooooh, this place is AMAZING!!! I have gone here on many occasions. My new favorite place. It is right off of Preston in the parking lot of Market Street. You can actually walk from the doors of Market Street to this gem. Angelica is JUST an angel and excellent server. Her customer service and attention to detail is the best. I love the environment, attentiveness, coffee, AND THE FOOD. I have some pics and video below. I hope you enjoy; breakfast and lunch so far…dinner is coming soon. ❤️ God bless them all. The video is my favorite – Chicken and Waffles! The other favorite meal- Very Very Crepes. Best kept secret in west Plano.

We decided to try a new place for brunch today and we are so happy we did ! Right off the bat our server Adid was so warm and welcoming! The food was all well prepared and very generous servings. I’m carnivore diet and they accommodated my diet with substitution of bacon to replace fries or toast. Adid our server was attentive but not too much 😉

I was craving french toast with strawberries and bananas. Found this place and it was great.
Only criticism I have is I wish the french toast had a strawberry drizzle rather than me adding maple syrup and that even though I ordered over medium eggs I got over easy. Honestly, often that is the case when I go out to eat and it was still a good egg so not a big deal. They still deserved the 5 stars.
I loved the plant decor and chandeliers. Would definitely come back.

We went for brunch and the atmosphere was incredible. we were greeted as soon as we walked in and our waitress was great. the food was very great. we all enjoyed our meals.

Came in at a slow time on a Monday at about 12:30 pm and ordered a salmon eggs benedict. Two other tables had people. Yet, the servers actually forgot about me The food was ready and the person in the back rung the bell, but nobody served it to my table. For a while, I was actually questioning whether it was my food, but I noticed they were no longer cooking anything. I had to stand and ask if that was my plate. It was, indeed, my plate, and the food was no longer hot. Eggs were partially cold and hollandaise sauce had slightly congealed. Yikes! Hash browns were perfectly crispy though (though cool, of course) and the salmon was pretty tasty. I wonder what the service might be like if the cafe was more full… Food was not outstanding enough to justify poor service. Probably not coming back unless there was no other brunch area in the city (of which, there are many).
