Horrible experience, we ordered the turkey with roast beef, and my husband specifically said no onions, he can’t have them at all. When we called back to tell them, some man over the phone said just take them off and hung up. My husband will throw up if he eats onions. I showed up to the place and I asked how he can treat customers like that and he said “because I can”. Very bad service and ignores order requests, rude to customers!

Don’t go here. The owner guy is so rude he gave me high blood pressure and heartburn for a week. I’m not joking. I will never go again. Trust me stay away. He also charged me for 3 half subs that are exactly the same. It was supposed to be 1 whole tuna sub and a half exactly the same. He put on ticket 3 halves. Don’t eat where you don’t trust

Went there today with a coworker and let me tell you.. all those stars are well deserved. Food was hot and fresh like the said on there little board outside… corn beef hash is amazing and the French toast is mouth watering, There coffee is actually hot not like other places with Luke warm coffee. Also one big super plus for me and my co worker is the cleanness of the deli, toast had it’s own bag, condiments had its own bag and everything had a great presentation. 10/10 would definitely go back again and recommend to a friend.

This place is run by an old rude hag of a woman. Stay Away! No good morning, smile or even a welcome look when you say hello. She is just miserable and probably just counting her last days of her miserable life on earth. Charged me $1.25 extra for using my CC to pay for $5.50 sandwich. When I realized I was overcharged the rude lady indicated that there is a sign at the counter that indicates the charge. I told her I was a new customer and did not see or read any sign. She should have at least informed me rather than having me pay 22% extra just for using a CC. She was rude and indicated she will not inform every customer, that’s it. Additionally they charge 20% higher than the prices on the menu. When I discovered and asked she said prices of everything has gone up and she cannot keep printing new menus when the prices go up. There is a fine print apparently at the end of the menu that says prices are subject to change and hence she is covered. Complete cheats. No wonder the place is empty. All positive reviews are fake reviews from friends and family in the community stay away.

Food is great. I’ve been there often. Customer service is just awful in person or on the phone. The woman is horribly rude. The attitude in responses here shows it. I won’t give them my business anymore. Thumbs down!!! Additional: customer service is rude, regardless whether it’s on phone or in person. No one said anything about a phone call. How about apologizing for treating your customers like they’re not your bread and butter. Maybe you shouldn’t be the one dealing with the public.

This is an extremely clean deli. Their breakfast is served hot and fresh, but no table service (Which is fine due to its small capacity). Their prices are a tad high for eggs over and potatoes, but I’d contribute that to low volume. Been here many times and will continue to return!
