I ordered five sandwiches most of them were OK but the Reuben sandwich with the rye bread. The bread was stale and crusty sandwich is very poorly made and then we got a French dip sandwich with no dip so it’s a very dry. Also crusty sandwich not very good. I called to speak with the manager, but all they could say was sorry I don’t know what we could do for you. They do have a new management sign up. I’m not sure what that’s for and a very misleading. also, the order was online and to go, and they were very late and making the order their excuse ones. They didn’t have enough staff. The place was not busy. It looked like we were the only order.
* this location is bunk*** there are many other sandwich shops that do a better job, have quality ingredients and are better staffed! It’s a shame because the other sourdough and CO’s I have been too are top notch. I appreciate the response but you had a chance and missed the mark by a mile.

Walk in and tell them I’m here to pick up an order and they say no problem. We are just about finished with it. Go and sit down 25 minutes go by and I go up there and say what’s going on guys it’s been half an hour almost it’s just been sitting behind the counter for the last 25 minutes. They didn’t even tell me that it was ready even though if she told me just give me one second and I’ll give it to you like get real dude no apology. Nothing just look at you like you are the problem even though I’ve been patiently waiting for half an hour for food that’s been done for half an hour.

Bread was burnt and tough! Way too expensive for a sandwich. Two 6” sandwiches and one 4” and two make it a meal was 51.88 . We opt to not get a kids meal because it only comes with Wheat Bread and not sourdough. Not all people can eat wheat!

Expensive for a mediocre sandwich. I explained I’d never been there and asked about bread options. The girl pointed to the board and said, “It’s up there.” Poorly put together sandwich. The bread was yummy but I won’t be back. $17 for a drink, chips, and a 6in turkey sandwich. No thanks!

I ordered a tuna sandwich. Everything on the sandwich was pretty sparse, the bread roll was oddly flat, and the tuna mix was watery. Maybe it was a bad day, though, so I wanted to give them another chance. I tried ordering online, as I did the previous time, but gave up after three tries because even though all the information was filled out correctly, nothing happened when I hit the “place order” button. I guess they don’t want business that badly….

After a long drive through endless farm fields, we finally rolled into Yuba City and spotted Sourdough & Co. It was our first time there, and we were excited to try something new. I went for the turkey sandwich, and let me tell you – it was unbelievably delicious! I’m a fan of Subway and Togo’s turkey sandwiches, no doubt, but this one takes it to a whole new level. The fresh, perfectly toasted sourdough bread, piled high with perfectly seasoned turkey and crisp veggies, made every bite a delight. It was hands down one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a while. I’ll definitely be making this a regular stop on my trips through Yuba City!

When I’m craving the best sandwich I come here..always.. there is an Imatation company called West Coast Sourdough, but don’t be fooled people. They wanna be Sourdough & CO. This sandwich joint in the Original of all originals. I receive the best customer service here from a young beautiful lady named Gawghen (super sorry if I spell this wrong) she is super sweet and kind with the brightest smile and attitude please give the team a raise.. these young kids here do a great job at always smiling when you walk in..making great sandwiches and having great customer service.. thanks Gawghen and team!

I’m taking the time to write this review because of the service I received Fri Nov 15 2024. About 7pm. The two young gentleman were so personable and helpful. It was a pleasant surprise from the normal service and attitude you typically get nowadays. I totally feel like an old lady writing this!! anyways the food is good (sandwiches a bit small, but flavorfull!) And again, service last night was second to none!! Those two deserve a raise!! Wish I would have caught their names!!
