We recently ordered two sandwiches to-go — an 8” brisket for $17 and a 6” chicken for $14. When we got home, the brisket sandwich was nearly the same size as the 6” and the meat was overcooked with mostly small, stringy pieces.
We called to politely share our concern and were told we were “wrong” and that we’d need to drive all the way back with the sandwich.
I asked if there was any way to offer a small credit or remake a half of the sandwich since we were headed out of town shortly. I had spent close to $100 there over three visits this week, but they declined. So there shouldn’t be any worry I am trying to pull one over on them for 2” of brisket.
Not worth the stress to drive back for a couple inches of sandwich, but disappointing customer service and value for the price. I’ve included photos for reference so others can set expectations.

We usually come to this store when we’re in town for tournaments and have enjoyed the fresh sourdough. This time we had to hunt for the meat, there was so little. Three large orders for over $50 full of lettuce and sauce only. We won’t be going back.

I dine at sourdough regularly and this branch is different. I ordered dine in and they give me my food in a bag which is not common in any other sourdough places. Also, I ordered my sandwich hot and it was served cold. Please don’t destroy this franchise like subway!!!!!!!

This is a cute and comfortable sandwich shop with a good menu, including create-your-own sandwiches. Staff were friendly, welcoming, patient, and professional. The shop was clean and well-organized. I had a Turkey Cranberry as is, and it was spectacular. Everything was fresh, the bread was crusty on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. The flavors were delicious. I’ll definitely be back.

I was at the Grounds for a volleyball tournament and needed to have the sandwiches ready by 10am. This location is only 1/2 miles from the Grounds so we opted for pickup. Called the store to make sure they can accommodate 26 sandwiches by 10am. I had DoorDash cancelled on me plenty times due to order too large.
They said no problem and very helpful and accommodating.
Order was picked up on time. Each sandwich was labeled with name and a number. Very organized. No missing sandwiches. Sandwiches were delicious. Sourdough bread was fresh and soft. Everyone enjoyed them.
Highly recommend this store. Will order from them anytime we come to the Grounds.

For anyone looking at the star ratings, be sure to note that anything recent has been poor. The five star ratings seem to be from a long time ago with previous owners. We previously ate here at least once a week, a lot less in recent months, and now probably not again.
Yesterday I ordered two 6” sandwiches and a 4” sandwich for kid #1 and a large Mac n cheese for kid #2. I asked to add extra meat to one sandwich. It was $41.
We got home to unpack three 6” sandwiches (not what I ordered) with one marked extra meat. It looked like the smallest sandwich. It was the same turkey and provolone as the others but should have had extra meat. It weighed the same as the other and had very little turkey.
The Mac and cheese bowl was super tiny. Both kids took a bite and hated it. They usually love all Mac and cheese, at home, from restaurants, wherever. I thought that was odd so I tried it. Very “chalky” type texture and not good at all. It went in the garbage. Pic of container for size reference. I think this cost $9+ according to their online menu.
So overall – wrong size sandwich, no meat as ordered and paid, and disappointing overpriced Mac

Let me start by saying that my hubby loves Sourdough and Co. I’m a vegetarian, so the options for me are limited here. We visited this location for the first time and we were both very disappointed. The people working at that time were a bunch of self-absorbed teens who didn’t even bother to acknowledge our presence when we walked in. They acted as if we were bothering them by being there. It was a slow time of the day, a little before 3pm, and we were the only ones there. They could’ve at least stopped talking to each other to greet us, but that proved to be too much for them. When we got home with our order, my husband’s clam chowder soup was only halfway filled and he barely had any meat in his sandwich. Terrible service paired with half portion servings even though we paid for the full serving = we’re not going back to this location!

I ordered a sub online. I realized the day before where this location was and I desired a nice sub sandwich. I chose to order it prior to going to the airport so that I could take it on the plane trip with me later in the day. However, this was a grave mistake. The sandwich was extremely soggy, and I did not get a chance to enjoy it due to the bread being completely soaked. It appeared that they gave an abundance of dressing on the bread that cause it to be wet. Maybe I should’ve asked for the bread to be toasted for a better experience. I wasn’t even able to use it by eating one side of the bread that was still dry.

Arrived on time 1:40 for scheduled online order (two sandwich meals and a salad) but had to wait 12 min in store- no apology for wait time. Chicken salad sandwich was very dry and was mostly lettuce and barely any chicken salad. Also, got to my car and realized that a soda, bag of chips, two pickle sides and butter (which costs extra) was missing and had to go back in the store. Again, no apology for the mistakes. Already left a tip with online order but wish I didn’t. Won’t be eating here again. The quality of food did not justify the cost to top it off.
