I was just in and ordered 2 Cobb salads and 2 small sandwiches paying over $50. Only to get home and find that the salads were almost all lettuce. I go to sourdough co. For what used to be good salads with generous portions of chicken, avocado, bacon, egg, tomato and blue cheese on the Cobb salads. I got home and opened my salads to find very little pieces of chicken in each, 3 small pieces of avocado a little bit of bacon and no blue cheese dressing. The only thing that was normal was the hard boiled egg. I am very disappointed and feel like I have been ripped off. And that was before I decide to just eat it. And realized they used fake bacon bits or something that felt like it broke my tooth. So I picked out the little bacon bits there were to begin with, so that I could eat now starving and upset…

I love the sourdough bowl with the clam chowder. Have always gotten excellent service here. Definitely would recommend this place. 5 out of 5 stars for sure. However was confused as to why I was charged $15 and change this time when I ordered the same thing every time and it’s only $13 and change usually so not sure why I was charged extra this time but it was still worth it.

I went to sourdough and Company today at lunchtime. I was helped by Keri and RHEA. I had the best Customer Service ever they were friendly. They were nice. Gave me some good suggestions to order and I will definitely be going back there.

Multiple times I’ve gone in for dinner or a late lunch and found the entire store being run by a singular person! Either a single teenage boy or girl all by themselves taking and making every order, Clearly stressed and over worked but none the less received great customer service from which ever one of them was working at the time. I felt guilty ordering as it looked like they had their work cut out for them! I got to say this was the one time I didn’t mind tipping at a non sit down restaurant. Food was great as always.

Well. The 2 young men working were really upbeat, friendly and engaging. So that was nice. I ordered the cold roast beef sandwich to go. Was super excited to sit down and eat, opened my sandwich and found turkey. Super disappointed. I ate it because I didn’t feel like driving back and turkey is OK, but it wasn’t the roast beef I wanted.

The young guys i talk to are always super cool and very nice with great customer service,i usually get a pastrami sandwich and the pastrami here was just okay, i tried the brisket sandwich to go and it was delicious but it was wrapped so tight and taped in 3 different parts of my sandwich all the way around, ive literally never been so frustrated opening a sandwich, i ended up using scissors please dont wrap the sandwich like that ever again and get some better pastrami and i would love to change this to 5 stars

Quality of the sandwiches and friendliness of the staff are never an issue at this location! That said…I ordered and paid for an 8″ sandwich today, but when I got back to my office and opened the wrapper, the sandwich seemed “small”. Out of curiosity, I actually measured the sandwich and found it was just under 6 1/2 inches. Hopefully simply an “honest mistake” and not a “cost cutting measure” being absorbed by unassuming customers.

With healthy, simple and delicious options that come at you quick from a friendly staff that appear to enjoy thier work, it’s hard to rate it less. Easy access in the shopping center with plenty of parking. Wouldn’t call this or price this as fast food, but won’t take a star away for price. Seating options in a simple sandwich shop environment are cozy. Best option for food, even with mod pizza near by.

One of our favorite sandwich places! Love the pastrami and turkey combo with toasted bread, melted provolone and house dressing! The only reason that I didn’t give 5 stars: 1) no artificial sweeteners for my tea, only sugar (places that have Stevia are the best!), didn’t even have Splenda I can’t have sugar.. 2) not a lot of personality in the male employee working today, and the last time I was there! However, based on my sandwich alone it would have been 5 stars.
