Had a very good toasty sandwich after a long time. Something about the bread that makes it special, tasty, and fresh. I thought the crispy grilled chicken sandwich had a good crunchiness coming from the chips mixed into the toppings. Good value for money in terms of size, taste, and quality.

I had a disappointing experience at this store today. I ordered a large salad among other things. Total bill was $75 for 2 sandwiches, a salad and a bowl of soup, 2 fountain drinks and a cookie. It certainly adds up fast! The staff was laughing and chatting between them. I didn’t check the bag when they handed it to me. When I got home I realized they gave me a small salad instead of a large one. So I called the store to get a $3 refund and they told me they don’t do refunds but if I go back to the store they would remake it. This was totally inconvenient as the store isn’t that near my home and I got the lunch to eat with my family. So I sat with my family while they ate and then went back. I watched them make my large salad which was essentially a large bowl of lettuce with exactly the same amount of other items except they forgot to put the avocado on. Then they gave me salad dressing but no bread which was supposed to be included. The whole process was annoying and the sandwiches didn’t seem that good. I don’t recommend it.

This location is now open! I really like Sourdough Bread Co, and this location is no exception. The sandwiches are good- I especially like the French Dip because it’s not offered at many other fast food places. However, you can expect to wait a little longer than other fast food sandwiches places. If you can order ahead by like 30min, that’s the way to go. The wait isn’t ridiculous, but you’ll find yourself checking your watch. Tends to be a tad busy.

Restaurant was flithy; bits of food everywhere, floor was sticky, and drink fountain was covered in dust. Incredibly expensive, 25 dollars for a small 6 inch sandwich and a soup. Bread was stale, meat smelled very off, and soup tasted like it was made last week.

Got the cracked pepper turkey on sourdough and it’s absolutely fantastic. What a great sandwich shop!

So I thought the food here has been pretty good, although, over priced. Ate here about a month ago and bought two sandwiches, which were really good, with good size portions of toppings and meat. On the next visit we bought Chili and Clam Chowder in breads bowls. The Chile was surprising really good and actually tasted home made. The Clam Chowder was also really good. We got two meals out of it each, so at their price point of $10 each was not bad. Will definitely go back and try something else.

What a waste of time and will never go back. Once you cross the line of not caring about your food or the customer, you’ve proven I don’t need to support your business and Livermore does listen.

I ordered what I thought was a cold roast beef sandwich with mayo and received a hot sandwich. Went up to the counter to see where on the menu I overlooked it being toasted or hot and found nothing listed. Asked and was told some are hot and some are cold but there’s nowhere it shows. I’d be ok if they asked if they could fix things but stone silence.

Sadly for these sandwich makers, It’s common knowledge many (if not all) will not eat mayo on a hot sandwich. This comes after owning a sandwich shop for many years and this is why I left the sandwich untouched on the table. Figured someone would at least ask but no. There was much discussion about it sitting uneaten. The manager never even inquired what was wrong and why it got thrown in the trash. Simple fact was he made the sandwich.

I have a very hard time even thinking about going back when there was no concern for its customers or if they enjoyed the meal. The stone silence was shocking at the least and nobody there needs to be in food services.

The sandwich was good, but it was very small for the price. I am still hungry after eating a $12 sandwich. The staff was friendly and helpful, though.

I’m not generally a sandwich girl but I was very impressed. It was very tasty. It was warm. It was a good value.
