Monday lunchtime and the place was not crowded. So why hadn’t the tables been wiped down? Saved $2 by using a coupon so made the price what it should be. Pastrami & Turkey 6-inch with all the trimmings and Pepper Jack cheese. They forgot to ask me if I wanted a pickle . Wednesday I came back and got a free sandwich with purchase of another using my leftover coupon. Plus 1 ⭐️ for a great deal! And this time I was asked if I wanted a pickle!

Came into town to visit my parents, and my mom recommended a “new sandwich place” in town. I ordered the pastrami sandwich, really tasty! But the girls that work there obviously show they don’t like working there; no greeting, no smiles no nothing. Get it together ladies. As someone myself who looks their age and works in customer service too, their customer service and attitude is/was unacceptable. They’re lucky their sandwiches are good. Will I come back? I don’t know..

Another over priced sandwich shop. Been going there for several years and the first few times it was great. Then something changed. The people working there are not friendly, bread is smaller and sandwiches are very soggy. They need to return to the way they started out. I do not recommend this sandwich shop. If I could give them zero stars I would. I went in today 11/21/24 at 12:44 and ordered a 6” inch smoked brisket sandwich which is supposed to be served hot. We got it and the meat was ICE COLD. I am pregnant and cannot eat cold meat so I ordered a hot sandwich thinking I’d be safe. I get it mistakes happen but when I took it up to the counter to explain the lady told me there was no way it could be cold as it just came out. She took the sandwich from me as I asked her to make me a new one. The staff then proceeded to put the exact same sandwich in the oven vegetables and all. The whole time my fiancé and I were in the store the workers were giving us dirty looks and rolling their eyes at us every time we made eye contact with them. The manager then handed me my sandwich and told me if I wanted it hotter I should have asked for it extra hot. At that point the bread was burnt black, my vegetables were hot and the barbecue sauce had soaked up into the meat so it wasn’t even on the sandwich anymore. It felt like I was eating a crouton. As someone who used to work at a Sourdough this is NOT how this situation should have been treated. I was very disappointed with the employees today and they should not treat any customers this way. I will not be returning.

I used to order from here pretty often but something has changed. I’ve now had two orders in a row where I don’t think they actually know how to make the sandwiches on the menu. Last time it was a Caprese and added and paid for chicken and when I got the sandwich home there was no chicken and today it was a turkey with pesto aoli which came with literally just turkey and the aoli on it and looking like a 3$ sandwich not a 14$ one. No tomatoes or lettuce or any of the produce on the menu/picture. Little bit of an extra drive but I think I’ll check out the competition down the road.

I’d say solid 4 stars here. Sandwiches are pretty good but a bit pricey, service is decent and the location looks good.
I think a large sandwich is around $15
A 5 star review would be something like the most amazing sandwich ever you keep wanting to come back for…I don’t think they are quite there yet but it’s pretty good

The sandwich was absolutely great. However the staff working there. Specifically the woman who was working tonight at 6pm had the worst attitude was arguing with me about what I wanted on my sandwich, not to mention when I got home my order was wrong! When I called back she immediately told me that I was in the wrong and began to argue with me about what I wanted on my sandwich. She was rude and for that I will not be coming back!

Don’t bother with calling an order in. I placed my order over the phone and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived over 10 minutes later and they didn’t begin make my sandwich until I arrived and paid which defeats the purpose of calling it in. I had the same problem at the location on Bass Lake Road. The sandwiches are good, the bread is good.

Ordered and asked if the house sauce had bell peppers as there is a person with an allergy to them. Staff was able to find out quickly that there was. Great food at a reasonable price.
