I love their sandwiches. The sourdough is fresh and crispy and has a perfect tang. I get the ham and turkey toasted and it’s delicious. It’s probably my favorite sandwich shop. They’re pretty fast too which is nice. In addition to the indoor seating they have a nice courtyard with outdoor seating.

After trying a sandwich from another sourdough bread company location in Sacramento, I was excited to find out that there was a location close by to where I live. I’ve had sandwiches from all the major chains, and these sandwiches have been the best by far. They don’t skimp on meats like many other chains have been doing lately. I came here close to their closing time, and they still accommodated me with extremely friendly service. I got the garlic pesto turkey sandwich and it was large and delicious. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area. TL;DR – kind service and amazing sandwiches (better than any other local option)

Great food. Fresh and quality ingredients. Not just a regular “sandwich shop”. Extremely friendly staff. I stopped in with my daughter for lunch and while she’s not a picky eater, she is VERY particular sometimes. They make her the perfect sandwich, she finished it all and asked for more.

Quick and friendly service. It was nice of them to come and check on us to see how we were doing and how the food tasted. Food was fresh and tasty, not to mention how hot my clam chowder was and how fresh the sourdough bread bowl is! Would come here again.

Been here once before last year, when Boudins, ran out of sourdough bread bowls. Tried this then and it was ok. Today we wanted a sandwich. We usually go to firehouse subs, but it’s kind of far. So sourdough it was… Based on the price, I was gonna give them a low rating. Cause this place isn’t cheap at all! But when we got the sandwiches (garlic pesto turkey & ham), they were pretty good. I was surprised. Is this a place you can come to often?!? No… Cause we spent $55 (with 15% tip) for (1) 8″ chips and soda combo & (1) 6″ chips and combo. I know we aren’t in the $5 footlong era anymore, but 20+ per meal is wild to me. I’d come back tho. Just wouldn’t be all the time. The staff were very nice and always had a smile. That was pleasant! 4 out of 5. 1 off for the price.

When you walk in the entire staff greets you with a welcome in unison. The bread bowl was crunchy on the outside and super soft on the inside. Could of used a little more soup in the inside. The clam chowder and breadbowl were very Yummy. The dining area is a little small but warm and inviting. And the place smelled like fresh baking bread! Great place for an intimate quick yummy bite.

Visited the bay area for the holidays and was pleasantly surprised! The bread was crunchy and soft and the sourdough blended so well with the ingredients. Sukie helped us at the counter and she was so generous with her time. The space is also really clean but feels like a family run business. Would come back next time we’re in town and recommend to others!

My family and I decided to go try this place out. We went in to order to go. When we walked up to the cash register to order, we weren’t greeted or acknowledged. There were 3 ladies, all young, probably in 18-21 years old. Two of them were busy making sandwiches and the other was sweeping the floor. Mind you, they all saw us come in. One of the ladies making sandwiches told the one sweeping to go to the register. She didn’t greet us, just asked what we wanted to order. Didn’t smile at all or even let us know what the total was and to pay when we are ready. Their whole vibe was off putting and unwelcoming. The service was just terrible. It wasn’t even busy.
Now the sandwiches were ok. I ordered the #5 8in sandwich with no tomatoes. They still put tomatoes on it, not the end of the world but it was a simple request that they still couldn’t do. The prices for the sandwiches are ridiculous for the quality. You’re paying almost 20 dollars for an 8in sandwich which barely has any deli meat. The sourdough bread was also super tough for the sandwich.
Tldr: Service was unwelcoming, unfriendly, and poor. Food is not worth the price, there are better sandwich places for the same price elsewhere. Definitely not returning to this place.
If you really like sourdough sandwiches, go to California Sourdough Eatery on Murphey Ave. 100x more better and delicious.

Was looking to grab some quick lunch before getting groceries, and saw there was a new place opened up so had to try it!
The place is bright and inviting, and the servers were extremely friendly and helpful! I had to order the sourdough bread bowl with the clam chowder for my first visit, but so many of their options were sounding very tempting!
Food came out very quickly and both the bread bowl and soup were piping hot! The sourdough has a nice crunchy texture and is clearly freshly baked, the soup is also very tasty! As you can see in the picture they do not skimp on the soup either!
Was a very satisfying lunch, will definitely come back again and try one of their other dishes. The French dip sandwich, for one, is calling out to me already!

Definitely has sourdough & co vibes but I would argue it tastes even better. The sourdough is super warm, soft, and delicious. They loaded my sandwich up with meat and veggies. The roast beef is amazing. Super friendly staff too! To be honest, the bread alone would’ve brought me back.
