Absolutely delighted to find this when I searched Soup following my partner’s oral surgery. The woman who served us was a delight, the soups were delicious, and we loved the homemade beverages too. Gluten free options abounded; such a wonderful thing.
10/10, would be there constantly if I was local.

I didn’t know this place existed! I really was craving soup and googled soup places. I’m so happy this place popped up! I cannot wait to try the other restaurants in the space, but I’ll also definitely be back specifically for this soup place. The clam chowder was amazing! Full of flavor, clams, veggies, and potatoes. They don’t skimp on anything. My friend got the Colorado chowder and was also blown away. The restaurant is such a simple concept and they deliver on it flawlessly.

The owner was super helpful and knowledgeable! He let us sample the soups and clearly explained the allergens in each one, which made ordering so easy. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. I especially recommend the butternut squash soup, chicken soup, and tomato soup, they were all amazing. Even the chicken pesto panini was pretty good. Definitely worth a visit!

Even on a hot day relishes air conditioning is working so I ordered soup. The New England clam chowder is the chef’s grandmother’s recipe and was delicious! Highly recommend I got it with the rosemary garlic focaccia and it was perfect perfection.

This restaurant is one of many inside the Relish food hall. It was okay. The French onion soup was by no means the worst I’ve had but it wasn’t anywhere close to the best either. The flavor was decent but it had too much bread pieces for a small cup in my opinion and the cheese was just tossed on top, not melted at all. The chicken pesto sandwich had decent flavor but it had twice as much pesto as it had chicken. The Munster cheese was a nice take on the sandwich but it was only partially melted in many sections.

So delicious – I had the Ginger carrot soup, rosemary focaccia and a unique Arnold Palmer. Would love to go back again!

SoupSmith is one of many restaurants in the Relish food court in Louisville Colorado.
We’ve tried several of the restaurants including SoupSmith. We both ordered a medium soup and found them to be very good.
We also had sandwiches and those were not so great. Not terrible but not great. I ordered a Reuben sandwich and they did not claim that it would have sauerkraut and be on rye bread and sure enough it had neither of those. What it did have was tons of cheese that just overwhelmed the bread. If there was anything else in the sandwich I sure could not taste it because of the globs of cheese.
Prices are very high considering it is a takeout place. We paid $52 for the two medium-sized soups and two sandwiches. That is well into sit down restaurant prices. We would would go back for soup but not the sandwiches. There are much better choices at some of the other vendors in the food court at much more reasonable prices
