This place is amazing to go eat and catch up with family and friends. Never had any issues with the service they provide nor ever felt judged or profiled in here, always welcomed with the open arms and laughs with big smiles on everyone’s face. Would hands down tell everyone to stop for a quick bite to eat or just catching up with some old friends for a drink.

This place does not accept debit cards because of the amount of money it costs them, instead they want you to go out and use there cash machine and pay them chargers . This fish fry was perfect, served with choice of potatoes and coleslaw or applesauce and bread. The waitress was great, she let me try the clam chowder before I ordered it. We went home with a bowl for later it was amazing. Reasonable prices, good food and great service

Still one of the best fish fries in the area. The clam chowder is awesome. The potato pancakes are homemade and absolutely delicious! Prices are reasonable as well. It was only $40 for 3 of us to have dinner. We will definitely go back.

Came in at 9pm, bar had empty cases of beer on it, bartender was upset and bothered at how busy she was with only 7 customers, refused to serve a long Island iced tea or even a margarita, was upset that my girlfriend couldn’t speak English, absolutely terrible experience. When asked for the long island she said “this isn’t whitewater, we don’t do that” as though it is an unacceptable drink. Very poor experience. But if you want bad service and a small crowd of local alcoholics and gamblers, enjoy.

First time visit to this quaint little place. I went because I seen that they serve chipped beef gravy on toast. I was slightly disappointed when I found out that that is a Tuesday Special only. However I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the menu and seen that they serve grits and potato pancakes. This establishment is about a 20 minute drive from where I live, but it was well worth it. I don’t know of any other place with in a 20 minute range of me that serves grits and potato pancakes on their breakfast menu. there’s an ATM machine just outside the dining room area it’s actually between the restaurant and lounge areas. The restaurant policy is cash and local checks only therefore the ATM access. That caught me by surprise but that was OK. The ATM machine charges a $3 fee for use. Prices on the menu were pretty fair. I definitely plan on returning on a Tuesday to try the chipped beef on toast. I gave kudos and props to the staff. If you’re in the area, I definitely would recommend checking this establishment out.

Took 20 minutes to be greeted workers were standing in the corner laughing while we were sitting, waiting to be greeted. had our order taken and then another 45 minutes for eggs and bread. Found hair in my food the Cooks didn’t have their hair up nor did they wear hair nets. Very rude waitress made fun of us for being impatient because we’re known as the “church crowd” we didn’t ever say anything rude to her so I don’t know why she was rude to us. Eggs were cold and so tough couldn’t even get through them. French toast was also cold.
