We heard about this new place on social media and have been wanting to come eat here for a few weeks. We drove half an hour because our town doesn’t have a pho place, and it was well worth the drive.
The atmosphere is calm and inviting and I appreciated how family friendly they were with booster and high chairs available.
The Thai tea and The Chosen One teas were really good, I can’t wait to try other teas they offer.
We ordered the oxtail and signature pho, egg rolls and pork báhn mi. The superstars were definitely the oxtail pho as the báhn mi as we felt they were really well done. Our server wasn’t familiar with the signature pho as I ordered it with brisket only but it came with 4 types of beef as listed in the menu. But it was very delicious nonetheless.
We are excited to try other stuff from their menu. Thanks for a delicious meal!

The pho broth was phenomenal.. probably one of the better pho spots in Salt Lake West Valley area!
I didn’t realize it was a soft opening month and they gave us free egg rolls which was delicious. We also ordered the crispy chicken and garlic rice which was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Everything was delicious, we came back a different day just to try their Vietnamese Coffee which it did not disappoint!! Definitely recommend

We got to speak to the owner and found out this was an old chase bank converted into a restaurant and they did a great job. The restaurant sits in a sea of many pho restaurants and I wish them the best of luck! They have a really good Vietnamese coffee and very nice and strong- exactly how I like it!
Can’t wait to come back for me if the menu – I’m eyeing the Banh Mi next time!!

My niece & nephew has been telling me about this new pho place in town & that we really need to go try it! Today, we took my mama out for her birthday & we are so glad we came here! This restaurant is so pretty inside! It’s modern, and everything about it is very welcoming. Service was quick & most importantly the super authentic taste! I was too excited and forgot to take a picture of my BBH but boy was it delicious. My mama’s favorite coffee in Vietnam is the sea salt coffee, and when she had theirs she said it taste just like she were in Vietnam again! My husband LOVED their banh mi as well. He said the bread was cooked to perfection & the aioli spread inside was so good he wish he had more. I’m definitely returning and can’t wait to try their other dishes. I hope yall love it as much as my family did ❤️

I had a great experience at Soup & Sip. I tried the northern-style pho with filet mignon, and it was excellent. The wide rice noodles were different from the usual pho noodles, and I actually liked them a lot more. Everything tasted really fresh, and the filet mignon was tender and well prepared.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the owner, Jeff, stopped by to chat, which was a really nice touch. There are plenty of Vietnamese restaurants in the area, and while this place might be a few dollars more, you can definitely tell the quality is higher.
The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and has a warm, inviting feel. Overall, it was a great meal and a great experience — I’ll definitely be coming back.

Heard this new pho spot so wanted to try it out. First impression, i think the pho broth is decent, i prefer mine a bit more seasoned because the flavor is a bit flat. I enjoyed the flavor of the fish sauce wings but unfortunately it was soggy which i was expecting it to be crispy fresh off the kitchen or something. However, my mom got me a bun bo hue to go and i was impressed by its flavor so ill probably come back and get it again. Service is phenomenal, couldnt ask for more. Im seeing some lack of consistency so im sure theyll improve overtime.

This new viet restaurant is the SPOT! Bring ya mama, your rich aunty, your grandma, the whole family. Because this spot does not disappoint (we know hard it is to impress them) this place is authentic and each dish is a hit after hit. Modern, clean space with colorful art on the walls of typical Vietnamese ingredients which lead me to believe they really care for the quality each ingredient.
The pho broth is clear, has depth, and so comforting. The meat was tender and noodles perfectly cooked, my perfect bowl of pho. Don’t miss out on their bun bo hue either, it’s actually perfect and they give you saté on the side so you can adjust your spice level. The shaking beef was phenomenal with bold and bright flavors. When I say each dish is a hit I mean it. I’ll need to go back and try it all since I heard great things about their chicken wings and banh mi as well.
While you’re there don’t skip out on the drinks!! You can’t go wrong here either, each drink is just that good. This could be a specialty cafe if they wanted to be. I wish I took pics but their viet coffee is nice and strong and the salt cloud on top is so satisfying and has a nice mouthfeel. This was my first time trying green thai tea and if you haven’t yet TRY IT! Now I’ll be having trouble picking between that regular thai tea or the viet coffee. Better yet have friends to order with and try it all.

Definitely a 5 star!! This new Pho place was amazing. The broth was very flavorful and the portions were perfect. Usually other pho places don’t add enough meat or noodles so I asked for extra noodles here and they gave me EXTRA noodles which I was very happy about. My partner got the house special and no extra noodles and she loved it. Lots of meat too! The staff and owner were very kind and helpful. The atmosphere is nice and cozy. Thanks Jeff, we will definitely be back with friends.

I came here 3 times during their soft opening time. I love their special fried chicken rice dish and shaking beef, as well as their pho and bun bo hue, which are also very good. Service is good, and the owners are super nice. They always ask for feedback to improve food and service. Highly recommend!

I can’t wait to give a 5-star review here. The service is great. The staff served us with warm smiles. I highly recommend the garlic fried rice that I’ve never tried in other Vietnamese restaurants. The food also came with a great portion and proper temperature.
