It is very nice to have a place that serves light and refreshing fare for lunch in the Williamsport area! The Soup and Salad Company serves up delicious soups, salads, wraps, and drinks in a cozy cafe setting. Broccoli and Cheese and Chicken Noodle are the constant soups and there is also a daily featured soup as well. The Steakhouse salad was excellent!

We ordered from here when at a nearby training at the IU. I admit, I was skeptical as I’d not heard of it/known about it, but it was amazing! I got a Southwest wrap, which is outside my typical order, and it was so good! It was plentiful, yet perfectly edible (meaning literally to be able to be easily consumed). I impulse added a cookie (huge!) and a refresher and thoroughly enjoyed both.
The staff was super pleasant and helpful and the online ordering platform was simple and seamless.
I enjoyed it so much I was counting the days until the next training. The entire menu looks stellar and I can’t wait to try more.

Such a refreshing take on “healthy” food that still tastes like a cheat meal! Every custom salad has been great and the premade recipes are well though out and pair extremely well with the infused water! The gains salad is my favorite! Highly recommend you give them a shot!

Stopped by to get the ” soup of the day”, chili. It was delicious! I even went back to purchase more because my husband also enjoyed it. So happy to have this little gem of a restaurant in Duboistown. Can’t wait to try the salads and wraps!

We got the steak salad and steak wrap. Steak was so hard you couldn’t chew it. No taste to horrible steak. Our strawberry water was very good and our broccoli cheese soup was good. But for the food, never again.
