My husband and I decided to try this place for the first time. Love to support locals and small businesses. I will begin by saying customer service was nice. The atmosphere was very clean and also nice. Loved the atmosphere and customer service. We order chicken wings, fries, Mac & cheese, yams, and baked beans. Let me just say the wings were definitely on point. Very good. We tried honey hot, country fried and garlic parm. All flavors very good. No pics of wings as they were gone instantly because of how good. Here’s where the disappointment comes in, Mac and cheese was cold and dry. Yams were also cold and had a weird smell to them after heating up, and lastly the baked beans also cold, fries tasted as if they were refried. As someone that has worked in the restaurant industry for years in the past and loves to cook. I understand things happen and not every time your experience will be the same. But this was our first experience and I am unsure that it was worth the $82 dollars.

We did a day trip to Niagara Falls yesterday & we were hungry for Soul Food. This place was amazing Everyone (6 of us) enjoyed their food. I had the fried fish, greens and potato salad… Great presentation, sooooooo fresh, hot and very tasty. The service was excellent! Parking was a challenge, but it was well worth it. We will definitely be back.

We’re from Texas and the food was wonderful. We tried several items off the menu and we couldn’t complain about anything. The customer service and hospitality were great! We couldn’t finish our food, but we packed it all up to go. This is a GREAT place to dine.

My friend and I decided to take a drive from Buffalo to Niagara Falls to try SoulFood4Real, and we were not disappointed! I ordered the fish and grits with a side of scrambled eggs and cheese from the brunch menu—everything was hot, flavorful, and the portions were very generous.
My friend had pancakes, sausage, grits, and eggs, and she cleaned her plate! She enjoyed it so much that she even ordered another entrée to go. I also took home their steak hoagie, and although it’s prepared a little differently from Buffalo’s old “Scotties” version, it was really good.
The hospitality made the experience even better. Shaquille and his wife were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We had great conversations about food, Philadelphia, and shared lots of laughs. They checked in often to make sure our food was hot and that we had everything we needed.
If you plan to visit, I recommend calling ahead to check wait times. There is on-street parking available. I will definitely be back and highly recommend others give SoulFood4Real a try!

Stumbled across this gem and I am so glad I did. The owners are a couple and love sharing their passion for soul food. Being new to soul food, they took their time to explain things to me. Oh and don’t forget, the food is exceptional. I had the fish sandwich and there was so much food but I wasn’t leaving a crumb behind! Go check out this amazing place!!

Fish fry was really good.. I like a good piece of fish fried hard, unfortunately this maybe a turn off for some. Comes with two sides. My choice was fries and the tuna macaroni. Tuna macaroni was amazing.

While visiting Niagara Falls, I stopped by Soulfood4Real, and it was such a great choice! The food was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The burger was absolutely amazing—juicy, well-seasoned, and so satisfying. But the star of the meal was definitely the peach cobbler cheesecake—sweet, creamy, and perfectly balanced with that rich cobbler flavor. It’s a must-try dessert if you’re in the area. Friendly service and a warm, welcoming vibe made the experience even better. Highly recommend! And I can’t forget to mention the wings—crispy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Highly recommend!

Maybe I just came on a wrong day but Sunday meals is supposed to be good. I asked for garlic parm it need to be specified that they use the sauce and not the actual garlic and parm sprinkled. the string beans was canned string beans and just had red pepper on it no flavor, Mac and cheese was hard at the top and burnt at the bottom with alot of grease and I never had parsley in Mac and cheese before. customer service was nice but the food was a no for me. I did like the cornbread muffin. I ate about half the meal because I dont like wasting money.

Stopped in for lunch. Wife got the chicken wing lunch combo, I got the chicken wing dinner with Mac and cheese and collard greens. Sides were top notch and the chicken was nice and crispy. Definitely recommend!

Highly recommend getting their ribs. They are perfection! Lots of sides to choose but definitely try the creamy Mac & Cheese. Easy street parking. The place is cute and clean and the owner and her staff are warm and friendly.
