Cute spot with great atmosphere and very friendly and attentive service. Shout out to Peyton! We had some very tasty Ramen: Wagyu and Spicy Garlic Oil Veggie (with fried Tofu). Was too excited and forgot to get pictures first. The milk teas are delicious as well. Highly recommend the Black Sugar with Boba, as well as the Lychee with the popping fruit pearls. I appreciate the variety of options to choose from here, including vegetarian. Thanks again for the great experience and we will be back to visit when we are in St. George again.

I was surprised at how flavorful the ramen was. I got a veggie ramen and it was one of the best ones I’ve had. The portions are awesome for the price. Our server was very nice. The only thing is the bathrooms could use more attention and the tables are a little far apart from the seat. But I would be coming back when I’m back in town.

This is a fun and delicious place to eat! The atmosphere is casual and layer back but fun. The food is amazing! We have specially enjoyed the steamed dumplings and boba milk teas. Ashton, our server was so fun and made great recommendations, especially for members of our party that had never been there before.

This spot has quickly become my absolute fav/go to spot in St. George! Ramen is always on point, the meat selection on the BBQ side is excellent quality with large selection of choices, taste is 10 out of 10 and it is very clean. The owners put their heart and soul into this place and it shows. Oh, and, Ashlyn is THE best waitress ever (I’m not biased at all ).

Arsh was hands down one of the best waiters I’ve had at a Korean BBQ spot. She was super friendly, quick on her feet, and made the whole vibe even better. She stayed on top of everything — refilling drinks fast, swapping grills right on time, and keeping the table spotless without us even noticing. On top of that, she had such a joyful and respectful energy, cracking little jokes and making sure we were good the whole time. She really made the experience smooth and fun. Definitely the kind of service that makes you want to come back.

First, the drawbacks. I was given a dirty water cup, and the spicy wontons were made with stale wonton wrappers. That said, the filling and seasoning were still flavorful enough to be enjoyable. I was also a bit confused by the drink menu, which labeled milk teas as “lattes.”
Now for the positives. The garlic ramen, served with spicy and hot condiments on the side, was excellent. The oily-hot condiment in particular elevated the dish and was far better than the Sriracha-based spicy option. The tonkatsu curry rice arrived on a massive plate much larger than expected and was rich, buttery, and delicious.
Service was another highlight. Every employee greeted me with friendly smiles, which made the experience feel welcoming.
The atmosphere was relaxed and fun, with pleasant background music, anime posters, and thoughtfully curated Asian pop art.
Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to Soul Ramen and will definitely be returning in the future.

Amazing food, amazing place, absolutely loved the Rainbow Gyoza. I ate the Sesame Chicken Ramen and my partner had the Wagyu Ramen with rice noodles. Loved it all! It is Pepsi products but there other drink options are amazing as well

This place was very bland , didn’t taste traditional or good . The plates looked good but tasted like actual water , the ingredients like meat and vegetables tasted old and everything was cold . The boba was also very bland , it just tasted like milk with water when I ordered a Thai tea . Any and every other boba and noodle place in Vegas will taste so much better , it’s not even that far of a drive . The staff was so nice , the service was perfect , everything was clean and everyone was very friendly and attentive .

We got the rainbow gyoza, fried squid and ramen. It was all so good. It was probably the best ramen place we have ever been to. I forgot to take pictures. Also our server Peyton was great!
