There are little food options. Only 3 things on the food menu that are very small portions. More like snacks. The hookahs for al faker did not taste good. It took awhile for the hookahs to be ready. Once we got the hookahs nobody checked in on us. We had to hunt down someone that worked there for new charcoals. Overall, not a good experience. I gave 2 stars because their strawberry margaritas are really good (small though). Also, the decor for the seating outside was very nice.

Soul of LA has been hands down one of my favorite places to stop by and spend the evening on any given day! The service is speedy while being super down to earth, they have an amazing selection and quality of hookahs that I have yet to find at any other lounge anywhere, and they have a great selection of music to fit any vibe. To top it all off, they have Taco Tuesdays which are delicious, game nights on the weekend if you’re just looking for some fun, and even more stuff planned. Definitely a must try spot if you’re in the area!

Updated their menu. Recommend their Pita Chips with Hummus, Caprese-Arugula Salad, and Lamb-Beef burger. The pita chips & hummus dip appetizer are addicting with their handmade chips & dip . The salad is probably the best I’ve ever had, and the burger is original & stands out from others.

This place really needs to invest in better sound proofing. As someone who lives in the apartments behind it and has never had an issue with White Harte next door, it definitely makes me wonder where else they’re cutting corners. I’m all for a fun time, but having loud throbbing music rattling the walls late at night isn’t fun. We were living here long before this place came along. Hopefully they become more considerate or another business moves in.
