I came here one time doing Uber eats and I spoke to the host and he told me to come back. He invited me to come back there to have a drink with him and to to taste the food. I never got a chance to come back till today. I went and bought me and my son turkey wings, mac and cheese and collard greens gravy. The food is very good here. I would suggest to anyone that’s the spot. The soul food is really good. I truly enjoyed my food.

Food was disappointing – 4/10. I ordered mac and cheese instead of greens, but the food arrived cold and incorrect. When I got back home and spoke with the call-back store, they didn’t seem concerned at all. I had high hopes for this place, but I couldn’t even finish the meal. Very disappointing experience overall. Manager was also really rude while ordering.

Absolutely amazing soul food! Everything was seasoned to perfection and tasted like it was made with love. The portions were generous, the flavors were rich and comforting, and the service was efficient, friendly, warm, welcoming…just genuine hospitality. I can’t say enough! I ordered take out. During the short wait the staff was soooo personable…just an amazing experience! This is real soul food done right—highly recommend everything and will definitely be back!

This was a random stop for us and my fam. I loved the fish reminded me of my gmas and that hot sauce with ketchup was .perfect. I cleared my plate. I did run into some bones in my fish, but I eat fish often it happens some times but don’t regret eating here I really wanted ox tail but had to save room for dinner. Enjoy!

This spot was very entertaining and a pleasure to visit. Small establishment but packs many wonderful personalities. The down to earth homely feel is the reason my husband and I would go again.
Food items served fresh to order and the staff, chef and waiter was a delight to meet. Warm and inviting personality and great conversations made this place one for the books. PS… If you enjoy a little extra spice ask for the fresh made pepper sauce (scotch bonnet).
At the end of our meal the waiter offered a delightful bonus of some fresh wine grapes from his garden.

Walked in and the staff acted like I was in the wrong place. When someone finally helped me, he had an attitude like I was interrupting something. But the food was actually good, the catfish was just a bit too fatty for me but fried really well and fresh. The mac and cheese was disappointing. The sweet potatoes were good and probably saved the mac from being terrible.

Visited Soul Food Factory in Union and it was such a genuine experience to say the least!!!! The food was incredible the catfish was crispy and full of flavor, the mac and cheese was creamy, and the yams were perfectly sweet. The portions are huge, definitely come hungry.
What really makes this place special is Mu, one of the owners. He greets you right away like he’s known you forever, talks about the food, his family, and the story behind the restaurant. You can feel the pride and love that goes into everything here. Definitely coming back!!

I brought my fiancé here for her birthday and she ordered the fried chicken with Mac, calabash (cabbage and collard greens) with corn bread. I ordered the bbq chicken with rice and beans and potato salad. When I tell you the food was bussin, it was busssssin!! Marc our server was also attentive, friendly and he answered our questions happily. We’ll be coming back!
