This place was an absolute delight to stumble upon! We ordered the beef bulgogi bowls, which were delicious. The japchae was a wonderful edition to the bowl. We also ordered the tteokbokki, which was a must! The service was spectacular. I especially appreciated their enthusiasm for sharing their love for Korean food! Will definitely return if I am ever back in the Denver area.

This place deserves more hype! Delicious food, incredible service, and great prices. I would be here once a week if I didn’t live up in Thornton. I ordered the bulgogi bowl which took back to my days in Seoul. The meat was juicy, the vegetables were fresh and it was a huge serving. Please support this local business more! The staff is super sweet and you can tell they truly love making these delicious dishes.

I’ve been the previous restaurant, Tokyo Bowl (Japanese), couple of times, but now it’s changed to Seoul Bowl (Korean).
As for the name, they serve Korean food, tasty and well-balanced. I ordered Salmon Bibimbap(mixed rice) and Spicy pork bowl, and both were really good.
Service was good, all of them were so kind and welcoming.

Wow! The food here is delicious and so satisfying, we had the chicken dumplings, spicy teriyaki chicken bowl and iced matcha. The service was excellent and the server gave us candy before we left. I’ll be coming back to try more items, everything seriously looked so delicious.

This place gave me the best first impression with my very first Dubai chewy cookies! They were very well made products perfectly balanced with pistachio, cocoa powder, marshmallow, and Kadayif. The owners were very responsive to my last minute request through Instagram DM for these cookies and I am very happy I got to know this place. They have a variety of Korean rice bowls with very reasonable pricing. Staffs were very friendly and courteous. Their iced Einspanner was very good as well. Kudos to them for presenting the newest Korean trend faster than any other Korean business. This makes me want to return for sure to try some other menu as well.

Our family has decided that eating as much Korean food as possible in 2026 is the goal, and Soul Bowl was our first entry into Denver Korean food. It was delish! I had the Teriyaki bowl and my mom had a beef bibimbap. We also had some dumplings and egg roll. It was fresh, flavorful, and filling. The team helped us order and were kind. I think it was a perfect beginner 101 to Korean and we will go back.
