If traveling to the Mediterranean have been on your bucket list- but haven’t had the chance to- this place could transport you- though momentarily- to a mouth vacation like no other. From appetizers to desserts, so many Mediterranean countries are represented. Everything we ordered was absolutely phenomenal! Want to give the chef a shout out on the best octopus I’ve had in a very long time. Our reservation was at 5pm on a Saturday- and it wasn’t super busy at first and as the evening progressed the place got packed really quickly. Goes to show the popularity of the establishment. Reservation is highly recommended so you don’t miss out on all the deliciousness Souk has to offer.

Great food make reservations! Plates looked as good as they tasted! The grape leaf dish. The green one with the grilled lemon on top. Very different. Cinnamony and allspice wasn’t my cup of tea. Everything else was great!

We went to Toledo on a day date Saturday. As we were looking for somewhere to eat, we came across photos of Souk and thought we would give it a try. We didn’t have reservations but we were offered seats at the bar. It was perfect. The 2 bartenders were very engaging & knowledgeable. We ordered the calamari for an appetizer…..AMAZING! My Love ordered the crab cakes, I ordered the salmon……both OUTSTANDING!!! If you are looking for a beautiful environment with delicious food….GO!

This morning I had brunch at Souk Mediterranean Kitchen and Bar in Toledo and had a fabulous meal. The Vegetarian Couscous was amazing! I also tried the delicious Turkish Coffee. Our server, Katie was fantastic. I have an allergy to garlic and she went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend Souk.

Absolutely love this place for the food and been here multiple times, exceptional menu and my favourite is the Turkish lamb rack. Cocktails are awesome and have tried quite a few, all turned out to be super good.

Souk was the perfect location for my co-workers and I to have lunch. The atmosphere was so welcoming. We are from Detroit and really enjoyed our meal here! The food was fantastic and our server Martinique was even better! I’m vegetarian and there were so many delicious options for me to choose from. I will definitely make the trip in the future to come back and visit this unique restaurant!

This restaurant is such a gem! It was easily one of the best meals I’ve ever had! Every single dish i tried was amazing! If you are looking for something a little different but quality this is it! My steak was cooked perfectly and the French onion soup was delicious! Spicy feta dip is divine and bread pudding was also wonderful! You will not get a bad meal here!

Absolute gem. This was my third time going to souk after not having been for two years, and let me tell you, it’s just as phenomenal now as it was then.
The service is always spectacular, and my lunch yesterday was no exception. Sitting at the bar, I was greeted and served by Nikki, who really made my meal even more special with some great conversation and great service. I can’t wait to go back and see her again. BTW, order the local juniper american red ale. It’s very good.
As always this restaurant has put together some amazing dishes. The katfa egg rolls were outstanding, as was the lamb shank gyro. My only gripe was not trying something new from the lunch menu.
I finished off my lunch with the Baklava cheesecake. It was absolutely delicious. Please don’t sleep on the turkish coffee. Fantastic as always.
I’ll be back in a couple days for dinner before I leave town. Maybe once more after that too!
