Where to begin , the server. She was a very pleasant person but she didn’t show any customer experience as a waitstaff person. This feedback is for the owners, take time to train your staff. This way if the product is poor, it can be outweighed by the customer experience. The young lady wasn’t knowledgeable about the menu or the closing of giving the check. Example, she approached and asked, “Will you be paying with cash or card? They are pretty busy in the front.” We asked is there a price difference?” She didn’t know but then ask us for our card. Then we asked if we could have the check first. This isn’t her fault, she just needs training.
The food. The garlic knots were delicious, the dipping sauce for the garlic knots was really delicious.
The personal pizzas one Regular, one Margherita not good. The pizza sauce was bland. Had to add salt to have some flavor. That is not a good sign for pizza. The crust was gummy, crust should be crispy. I wouldn’t get pizza here.
Now, I mentioned that the sauce with garlic knots was better. I don’t know if it was because it was mixed with the garlic and oil of the knots, which enhanced the flavor of the sauce. Hint, Hint.

Young boss
My fiancé grew up eating at this place and she told me it’s like NY style pizza and i didn’t believe her. I am from Bronx NY and I tried it for the first time and she was 100 percent right! This pizza place is like being back at home again.

This business has a family atmosphere! I’m from out of town but eat here once per month and the service and food is excellent! Our server always knows that I order a 50/50 diet/regular coke and has it ready when I arrive! The pizzas are fresh and the ingredients are top shelf! I typically order the Personal vegetable pizza which is loaded with fresh vegetables and is delicious… My last trip I ordered the grilled chicken wrap with a side salad, and the chicken was not from a food service. It was freshly filleted seasoned and combined with delicious red, roasted peppers and provolone cheese in a grilled wrap. I highly recommend this place for their menu choices, and excellent service and food quality.

Souderton Pizza is one of our favorite places! As a mom to a child with special needs, I really appreciate the calm atmosphere. it’s never too loud, which helps my son Austin feel comfortable. The food is delicious (we love the garlic knobs and pizza!), and the prices are very affordable. The staff is kind and welcoming. Highly recommend for families

We just dined tonight from out of town, and all the staff were kind and food was delicious!! The complimentary garlic knots were divine! Our family of five all loved our meals and enjoyed the calm atmosphere. We will be back!

There is a few reasons they will have me as a repeat/regular customer.
1). Food is fresh promptly prepared after ordering.
2). Excellent customer service & hospitality. They speak to you and smile at you when you come in as if they appreciate your business and you matter, they have great hospitality like that. Then they say goodbye too. Good sincere energy.
3). Their prices are more reasonable than other places which I really appreciate. A couple dollars goes a long way for many of us.
Their chicken/pasta entree’s are delicious!
Today we got cheesesteaks and a kids meal which were very good. I am new to the area and after a year of trying different spots, these guys are definitely on my go-to list.

Souderton Pizza and Pasta is our favorite local restaurant. The pizza is the Best!!! The staff and owners are friendly and welcoming. We have ordered trays for get togethers and everyone loves the food. Their homemade chicken noodle soup is the only soup is superb.
