Sosa’s BBQ was absolutely incredible! The meat was so flavorful and tender—it practically melted in my mouth with every bite. You can really taste the care and seasoning in every dish. And the mac and cheese? Creamy, rich, and perfectly comforting. ✨ It had that homemade, indulgent flavor that keeps you going back for more. If you’re looking for barbecue done right, Sosa’s is definitely the place to go!

Honestly one of the best brisket sandwiches I’ve ever had! Jalapeño sausage was fantastic as well. This is a food truck, so don’t go looking for a storefront! I nearly drove by and missed it. Trust me, you need to head to Sosa’s next time you’re craving BBQ. Better than all the name brand chains you hear about, without the inflated prices.

The El Perrito was outstanding. That sausage was to die for. The Brisket Quesadilla was what I expected: Delicious! And the banana pudding, my goodness, that was heavenly.
Overall great experience and extremely friendly customer service.
Edit: I went back for a burger. Hands down the best patty melt I ever had

Amazing food, great service, awesome atmosphere! We ordered the Beef Brisket Quesadilla and the Bacon Jalapeno Mac n Cheese – both were super good, and the service was really great! Super friendly – we even got to sample the Armadillo Egg (Stuffed Jalapeno Pepper wrapped with Bacon) as a treat!

My brother and I drove over to Sosa’s bbq before they closed, and they showed us their menu and offered their recommendations. They recommended the Quasadilla. We decided to go with that and their homemade juice. Their music choice was great, and the vibe was even better. Once we got our food, we knew we were going to be in for a treat. The food looked amazing and let us sample the sausage, and it was super delicious. The BBQ sauce was great, and the juice was excellent, too. 10/10 will recommend dates and when family comes into town.

Was at the Dallas Farmers Market and saw this smoke show. They had an old Dodge dually pulling a smoker. Sosa’s BBQ set up this pop-up and boy am I glad! We got a sliced brisket sandwich, which comes in a brioche bun and “el perrito”, it’s chopped brisket and jalapeño cheddar sausage on top of what was some of the creamiest Mac n cheese I’ve ever had. So creamy my wife thought it was mashed potatoes at first look, she described it as a “Mac n cheese Alfredo” because of the richness and consistency. I have not been to their brick and mortar location but we will certainly be checking it out sometime soon!
