I saw Soru Ramen as I was driving by on Blue Diamond. I was curious because I love Ramen. I tried Soru Ramen yesterday, & it was wonderful. I was kindly greeted & seated by the staff. I ate the Chicken Karaage & Miso Ramen. I loved that the Chicken Karaage was thinly battered & moist. Super delicious. The Miso Ramen was spot on . It was so yummy. I was very happy with the food, service, & atmosphere. Will be back again for sure.

The waiters were very attentive. The space is super cute and animey. The price per dish is around 12-13 so super affordable. The dishes are filled with food. The time wait to get your food is around less than 10min. I highly recommend!

The place has a heavy Japanese/anime theme and is decorated thoroughly. The food is obviously not the highest premium quality but very much worth the price. ramen is great, the yakisoba is REALLY good and a big serving. The staff is super nice friendly, the food is made fast with good presentation. This is like the equivalent of the ramen spot that Naruto would go to, I always go here, it’s always filling, always received well and haven’t had issues with food like it being cold or anything like that. Sheu is a wonderful woman, and so is John (he’s a man). This place is a classic go to for me, highly highly recommend!

I really dislike leaving reviews under four stars and rarely do. I genuinely want to support small businesses, which is what makes writing this disappointing.

The experience at the counter set the tone right away. The person working barely looked up to hand over the food and instead pointed to it, suggesting me to walk over and grab it myself – which I did.

As for the food, nothing stood out. There was a buy-one-get-one deal on the curry, and after tasting it, the promotion made sense. The ramen broth itself was actually delicious, but the toppings and ingredients didn’t taste particularly fresh, which took away from what could have been a solid bowl.

Overall, nothing was terrible, but nothing stood out either. I think had the service been friendly, I could have over looked the food. It’s unfortunate because I truly like rooting for local spots, but think we should all be treated like a place wants the patron

I LOVE my Seafood Boil here!! Delicious.
Only had it twice- but that’s two times of an excellent seafood boil. Fresh & well-seasoned it’s just the absolute BEST. And a great price for all you get. Had the snow crab- & it was perfect!!!
Going back soon. Highly recommend!!

I hate to say it but my ramen was not good. Being from Seattle, I enjoyed years of great Pho before we relocated to Las Vegas. There wasn’t a lot ramen up there before we left but the ramen in Las Vegas is pretty fantastic. We have multiple places that we love here, with our favorite being Ramen Kobo on Durango. They were closed the night we ate at Soru and my wife had a cold and really wanted some soup. Since the search for good pho in this town has been fruitless thus far and this place is the closest Asian soup shop near our home, we decided to give it a shot.

First the good. I had the Chicken Katsu Curry and I liked it. It wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but it was solid and I like their presentation. The space was warm and inviting and the service was friendly and fast. Unfortunately, we were primarily there for the ramen and it wasn’t very good. The flavors were off and not good. I can’t speak to what my wife and daughter ordered but neither of them liked their food. I ordered the Tonkatsu Black Garlic Ramen with extra noodles. The extra loodles came in a side bowl soaking in what I assumed at the time was broth but after dumping it into my main bowl, I wonder if it was just water because my ramen broth was probably the most flavorless broth I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot of ramen so that’s a significant statement. What I could taste of it, I didn’t like. My one complaint about the service is that I asked specifically what veggies were in it while ordering because I do not like mushrooms. They rattled off two veggies, neither of which were mushrooms but when it arrived, there were mushrooms that I had to pick out. I guess I’ll say this is on me. Going forward, I will just say no mushrooms no matter what. None of my “going forward” will be at this place though because none of us liked it at all.

Taste is subjective but fans of Asian soup who have consumed a lot of it have a pretty good baseline expectation of what they’re getting and this fell very short
