I’ve been eating Sorrento’s Pizza since I was a kid growing up in the neighborhood, and even as an adult, I still crave it more than any other spot in the city. The quality is incredibly consistent. It’s just as delicious today as it was years ago! They have a fantastic selection of pizza sizes and crust types. The thin crust is legendary, but their stuffed pizza is a masterpiece!! You can tell they use high-quality toppings, and they never skimp on the cheese, toppings or that perfect, flavorful sauce.
What really sets them apart, though, is the staff. They truly prioritize customer service and are always so friendly and accommodating. This establishment is true neighborhood staple where they actually care about the people they’re serving. Even though I’ve moved away from Chicago, a trip home isn’t complete without a visit here. My tradition is to get a large stuffed pizza, freeze it, and pack it right in my carry-on bag to fly back with me. It’s the best way to ensure I always have a “slice of home” waiting in my freezer whenever I need a Chicago fix! If you’re on Harlem Ave. (northside), do yourself a favor and stop in. You won’t regret it!

The whole experience started with the phone call. The person on the phone was super friendly and helpful.
The great experience continued when I showed up to pick up my order. The woman was really friendly and inviting.
It’s carryout only, they don’t have an eating area. It’s too bad it’s not near the house.
I had the panzerotti and it was huge! The crust was just right, the sauce was a great flavor. The sausage was excellent.
I will have to return and try the thin crust pizza.
There is parking right out front.
I will return.

We love Sorrento’s!! First time we ordered from them must have been 1997! We had just moved in, no fridge, didn’t know where our plates or utensils were and we were starving. We ordered food and they sent along everything we needed to enjoy our meal. The food was delicious, pizza was perfect and we have loved ordering from them ever since. Besides having amazing food their customer service is top notch.

Where do I start?? It all started when I called for the very first time to place an order for my son‘s birthday. Tony took the call. He was so friendly from the beginning of our conversation. He was such a gentleman. He explained the menu asked if I had any questions and was very accommodating. Next comes the food. Everyone at the party raved about the pizza. It was actually my first time trying it and it was delicious. I also ordered boneless wings which were amazing. I if anything will definitely be ordering again and the main number one reason was their customer service was superb Tony thank you so much for the hospitality. Your food was amazing. I’m so happy that I was able to try it for the first time you got yourself an ongoing Customer guys. You definitely should give this place a try. Everything was excellent. You’ll thank me later Tony thanks for everything again.

Having moved away, no food says “home” to me more than Sorrento’s pizza! I have yet to find their equal in all the other cities I’ve lived in. So whenever I’m in town I order two stuffed pizzas with giardiniera – one to eat fresh and one to freeze to bring back with me. Yeah, it’s that good!

Sorrento’s has the best pizza in Chicagoland!!! Lots of delicious choices- a variety of fresh toppings, thin crust, stuffed pizza, and entrees. Sorrento’s also caters and provide wonderful customer service and food that tastes like your grandmother cooked it!
