My partner and I have only come to this restaurant twice, since we live far from the location. However, those two times were two years apart, one being two years ago and one being 2 weeks ago. Let me just say both times everything was AMAZING! The size of the food is perfect, the prices are reasonable, the service is FLAWLESS! The two younger ladies you have working as servers were the sweetest and made our experience so much better, you can tell they run the business! They deserve a raise!! The food is so delicious, my favorite is the calzone. I love this place and it’s definitely worth the drive.

I love this place. We had previously ordered via GrubHub a few times but were in the area and thought we would try it in person. Food is great and reasonably priced. Quantities are large. Service was a little slow, but not excessively so considering we arrived in the middle of the afternoon. Antipasto salad is our favorite, but will have to add cheese sticks to our future orders.

The quality was also great! Loaded with toppings.
I had a friend help me pick this order up it was Saturday July 12 at 10:30 am she said they were pretty clueless at the front about the order but luckily they had it ready for example they didn’t know if it was paid for which it was.
Then my biggest problem is that I indicated online I needed plate and silverware got none so I was running a bday party with not enough plates I was relying on you to provide that as it was an option I could select.
I would suggest working on communication especially for large orders like this

Drove 4 hours to try this place for my birthday, and it was well worth the drive! One of the best pizza’s I have ever had! The staff was super friendly! I had a wonderful experience! I will be back!!!

After coming here a few times, I decided to post my review. I’ve ordered the lunch lasagna and meat ravioli. Both are very good and the price is very reasonable. I ordered the tray of the catered lasagna and it was not that good compared to the lunch special. There wasn’t enough sauce in the catered version. Overall tho I recommend this place.

I ordered at 4:30pm with a delivery time of 5:06pm. I didn’t get my food until 5:45pm, and only after I called them at 5:30 asking what was going on. They told me the driver “just left,” but five minutes later some kid calls me from the parking lot instead of coming to my door.
For a $52 order (plus the tip I already gave), the bare minimum should be hot food and professional delivery. Instead, I got cold pizza and had to go outside and find the driver like I’m picking up a package off Craigslist.
Terrible first impression. Extremely unprofessional. Definitely not worth the money, the wait, or the hassle.

Great place for pizza
Pasta and sandwiches. Eat here all the time and recently placed a large catering order for a party at our house. The food was a hit, showed up on time and food was way more than we expected. Love this little place!

I placed an online order through thier site. I received an order confirmation; however, when I arrived my order was not in the system and I was told they were having that issue all morning and I would have to cancel the order on my end. Very dissapointed that they would not honor my order even though I showed them the confirmation and didn’t have the customer service skills to resolve the issue. Now I have to hassle trying to cancel this charge. I just went to Porkys pizza and I won’t be going back to Sorrentos.

My experience. Was ok. The place was nice inside. They have a lot TV inside. My recommendations is if their like. Togo order. Sometimes being late try to do fast. If I order add Utensils. Sometimes their no. So I use my own from my home or office.
