It was my first time there but it won’t be my last. I arrived 30 minutes early and figured I would have to wait at the bar. The hostess was very gracious and prepped our table and had a waitress waiting to take my drink order.
The service from start to finish was superb and I will be back.

I highly recommend Sorrento. The food was excellent. I had the Tagliatelle Alfredo with sea scallops and shrimp. Topped with fresh grated parmesan and fresh ground pepper. I highly recommend Sorrento

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant.
The manager was very thoughtful—the tables were all booked up, but he managed to make my family sit in a cozy spot.
Additionally, the atmosphere and decorative elements were very nice.
Last but not least, the food were delicious and beautiful as expected.

Thankyou friend:

Sorrento is a beautiful and elegant restaurant that immediately impresses with its warm atmosphere and refined décor. The live piano music adds a special touch, creating a romantic and classy ambiance that makes dinner feel like an occasion.

The drinks were a delight; we tried a Cosmopolitan and a Lemon Drop, both of which were crafted with great balance and flavor. Overall, the food was very good; I would rate it around 8.5 out of 10, with dishes prepared carefully and well-presented.

For dessert, we ordered the Grand Marnier & Chocolate Soufflé, which unfortunately did not meet our expectations. It lacked the richness and flavor we were hoping for and stood out as the one disappointment of the evening.

On the other hand, the service was excellent throughout. The staff was attentive, welcoming, and made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of from start to finish. Their professionalism made the evening flow smoothly and left us with a very positive impression.

Although the soufflé wasn’t to our taste, we left Sorrento with a good overall experience. With its elegant setting, live piano, great drinks, and attentive service, it’s definitely a place we would return to.

Everything was great but the food. My husband got the spicy Italian sausage pasta with vodka sauce but it had no sausage in it at all..I got the scallops and risotto with saffron cream sauce that tasted like kraft Mac n cheese sauce to me. This is my opinion, maybe it just wasn’t for me. The vodka sauce was good just disappointing there was no meat. Service was outstanding and the restaurant was beautiful! Come try for yourself

Celebrated our anniversary here and could not have picked a better place. The attentive service, the delicious food, the atmosphere with the live piano music made for a cozy and romantic evening.
Ordered the beet salad, mushroom ravioli, lasagna – all handmade pasta!
And the bread service was so nice with all homemade breads.
We hope to be back soon

Best italian food i had in long time. There frio grai was well balance with flavor. The ossa buca ravioli was the best . Love the tender meat and sauce had layers of flavor. The black truffle past was good, but it lack more depth flavor in my opinion. The trimasu was the one I ever had. It wasn’t over powering of coffee flavor but the right amount to also notice the cocoa flavor.

Delicious elevated Italian food. Great brunch on Sundays. I’ve been here four times, and I find it hard to describe how much I enjoy it. The service, the atmosphere, the glassed in greenhouse like dining area, just everything is perfect. If you’re looking for a traditional upscale Italian restaurant where everything is just right, this is it.

A lovely Italian restaurant in the heart of Houston Texas and I rank it as #1 in Texas.
It is an excellent pick for special occasions for the whole family.
Mgt & support team are truly top professionals providing very courteous service. Johnny & Steven are commendable persons.
Food selection of top quality and superb. We had the chance to visit it during Houston August month with 3 course menu that was excellent.
The music with live piano after 6 pm was a great addition.
The plate was neat and cozy. A must visit place for sure.
God bless

A wonderful Italian dining experience for those who don’t mind paying $$$$ for it. We shared soft polenta and jumbo crab cake, and she had the wild mushroom and sage ravioli while I had the spaghetti with veal meatballs and Tuscan bean soup with oxtail and beef broth. The soup was absolutely extraordinary, and the rest of the meal was excellent! Clean and nicely decorated venue, quiet setting, attentive and professional waitstaff, and convenient valet service make Sorrento an excellent choice. Recommended for couples seeking a romantic setting and are willing to pay for it. Not likely to work as well for families, especially those with small children. Reservations are definitely advised.
