Went to Sorrento’s twice. First time with friends ,who own a wonderful restaurant, and not their first. We had a decent experience,food was good. The service was Not. Our check was to be split and when we got our statement realized that they charged us both the split plus a FULL charge on my card besides! Dispute took awhile to be rectified.
We returned again another evening, my brother-in- law wanted to try it out & thought we’d give their service another try. Consistent food,still poor service. However, my credit card co contacted me about charges on my card. Two unauthorized charges after I used that card only there. My brother in law also had similar charges to his card after that evening.
My brother spoke to a cousin who suggested this restaurant to us. He liked it because it was a BYOB. He has gone there before but will be checking charges. We will not return. Bring cash if you still want to eat there.

This place provided the BEST service I’ve had in a LONG time – we felt as though we were special, even though it was our first time there! Our waiter, Miguel, was amazing; the restaurant manager and even the BUS BOY were just as good! On top of all that, the food was great! – a second bonus to us at that point. We will definitely be going back for 2nd and 3rd rounds!!

We went to Su Di Noi for a Christmas dinner and this restaurant gets a five star rating from me because I had an absolute over all excellent service, the staff is great, Starting with the hostess the petite girl that seated us at our table was very welcoming and sweet, to the maitre d who carries a very observant and attentive character, he made us feel comfortable and delighted to be there. our waiter was very kind and explained the menu very well and checked in with us periodically to make sure our needs were happily met to expectations, now down to business “THE FOOD” WAS AMAZING!!!! we absolutely loved everything we will be returning for seconds thirds fourths etc. because we must try everything on the menu the chef came out to say hello and I was so intrigued by all his experience and knowledge of AUTHENTIC ITALIAN FINE DINNING. I will highly recommend this restaurant to all of my colleagues, Friends and family because this is one of the few Italian restaurants that serve REAL ITALIAN FOOD, we traveled from NYC to try this place and we will travel across country if we had to again and again, our whole experience was Exquisite and delizioso we My husband and I were absolutely amazed, “KUDDOS TO THE CHEF CARLO”

Dinner last night was delicious! Portions were ample and the service was wonderful. Homemade cannoli and tiramisu was yummy. Was a fan of predecessor -Sorrentino’s and will return when I’m in town again. Great little find!

Sorrento was a great find! Seemed like a neighborhood gem, but thanks to Zagat’s I found it! The menu was extensive and the food was deliciously creative. We had an appetizer of figs stuffed with goat cheese and wrapped in pancetta. Then we split a fusilli pasta special that had all kinds of wonderfully mixed flavors. I had the osso bucco which was so tender and flavorful. Homemade cookies were amazing.

Ordered for delivery which they confirmed. An hour and a half later I get a call saying they didn’t see the order. The person didn’t seem to care and even said “I guess it’s too late to deliver right” I said hold on so I can ask my husband what he wanted to do and two seconds later the guy hung up on me. I called back and said why did you hang up and he said he didn’t. I canceled my order after that. I have worked in the restaurant business for many years and I never leave reviews but the behavior of this restaurant was shocking. Horrible. I will never order form there again.
