Was in town for an errand with my wife and she asked for lunch, I told her I could go for Italian so we went to here.
They serve bread buns prior to meal but it was cold. Didn’t taste bad, it would just be better is it was warm.
We had bruschetta for appetizer and chicken park for meal. Their portions are generous and the food was good. We had no room for desert so I can’t speak for desert. My recommendation is: Come check it out for yourself !

Pretty damn good bar pie. We did takeout. Nice and fresh sauce, chewy crust and good flavor across the board. Fairly thin with a brick oven taste. Very affordably priced. Service was quick and friendly. Hard workers.

This place has been around for years. It’s a really good restaurant with great Italian food. The pizzas are sublime! The atmosphere and the service are wonderful. Lots to pick from. They also have special events throughout the year..LOBSTER FEST/CLAM BAKE , RABBIT FEED etc.

New bright atmosphere. Looks like new staff that I noticed so far. A little noisy due to the carpets being removed. The waitress stated they will be addressing the noise issue soon. Very nice experience since the reopen. Food was excellent. Not much of a change to the menu, so, you can still get your favorites.

5 of us went for dinner Sunday around 5:30. First time there. Service was extremely slow. Waitress was not friendly and pretty much didn’t come check on us often. We waited about 45 minutes for an appetizer. Bruschetta was good. We got our meals at 7 pm. An hour and half later. My son got the Porketta. It was way over cooked, and looked like garbage, he couldn’t even eat it. We asked what he could have that was quick. She said the Chk Parm takes 2 minutes. 20 minutes later he got it. I also had the Chicken Parm. It wasn’t even that good. Seemed like it was just a piece of baked chicken, not breaded. I’m in the restaurant business and I know everyone/every place has an off day but the service was just that bad. I would not recommend if you are looking for a nice place to go eat.

Sat at the bar and the bartender (PM B) didn’t seem to care that I had sat down. She finally came over, no greeting, and asked what I wanted to drink. We go back and forth until she finally names off the drafts and I select a Shock Top. Waited quite some time, she comes back and asks if I decided…tried to ask her about a dish but she seemed to be in too much of a hurry to accommodate any questions. What I noticed…she seemed happy waiting on the regulars she knew (all smiles and happy banter) but her demeanor towards me and another gentleman at the bar was lacking. I started with the Stuffed Mushrooms – mushroom caps stuffed with crab meat stuffing and topped with mozzarella cheese. Sadly it looks good but the crabmeat stuffing wasn’t close and the dish needed salt & pepper just to give it some flavor. The garden salad served with the meal was good and the greens were crisp and the ranch dressing good. I was annoyed but I was past the point asking for anything…no bread. Two other couples at the bar…she asked them if they wanted bread with their meal and delivered. Chicken Marsala – sautéed chicken with mushrooms in a Marsala wine butter sauce was a big disappointment. I did not recognize the sauce as a Marsala wine sauce although it did have a sweet flavor to it. The chicken while cooked, but had a bland flavor and the pasta could have stayed in the water just a minute or two longer. Maybe it’s great for the locals…but this visitor was disappointed.

The food at Caffe Sorrento will not disappoint. Great Italian food at a great value. The porketta is fantastic and the espresso martinis are out of this world! Great beer and wine selection too. The atmosphere is decent but can be noisy on a busy night and especially when there is live entertainment. But that doesn’t keep me away because the food and service are outstanding!!!

We Stopped in Saturday for dinner. We had been multiple times in the past but hadn’t been there since the renovation and new menu. Sorry to say, it wasnt a great experience. Some of the food was very different. It tasted like the ingredients were cheapened and not at all as tasty as before. On the positive side, we ordered stuffed mushrooms and chicken parm which were pretty good and a pizza to take home, which was excellent! On the negative side, the spaghetti sauce on all our dishes was dismally lacking substance and flavor. The giant meatball was so bad we returned it, not convinced there was any actual meat in it. It tasted and felt like wet bread. The sausage was much smaller than before and, again, without flavor. We all agreed we’ve had better tasting grocery store brand sausages. It was sad. We had such fond memory’s of this place but we don’t think we’ll ever go back.
