Fresh, local dishes. A menu you won’t see anywhere else. We had the grouper basket, hot, delicious and prepared to order. You walk in, grab yourself a menu from the basket, help yourself to a beverage (adult and sodas), then find a seat. The waitress will come by and take your order. It’s not fast food, but it’s very tasty. I gave service 3 stars only because there was only one woman, and she was running around as fast as she could. It’s on the way across the Everglades, if you’re going for a boat ride or fishing, stop in!

Soriano Brothers isn’t a restaurant… it’s a spiritual awakening with rice and plantains. I walked in as a normal human and walked out a new species entirely — a highly satisfied, food-powered superbeing.
The food hits so hard I’m convinced the chefs trained in a secret underground flavor dojo. One bite of the lechón and I saw my ancestors doing salsa in the clouds. The portions are so massive I started debating whether I needed a forklift to get back to my car.
And the juices? OH. MY. GOD.
One sip of the mango juice and I gained +10 happiness, +20 charisma, and briefly achieved emotional enlightenment. If NASA bottled this stuff, we’d be intergalactic by now.
The staff? They operate like a kindness-powered SWAT team. Blink and your order is packed, sealed, blessed, and ready to feed a family of 12.
If you haven’t been to Soriano Brothers yet, you’re depriving your taste buds of their true purpose. Cancel your plans. Call in “too hungry to function.” Tell your friends and enemies alike — EVERYONE needs to come here.
This place deserves its own national holiday.

This place has totally transformed from when they 1st opened. I walked in completely surprised. It looks like a high end brasserie rather than a cafeteria, like you’d expect. I got service rather quickly and was able to sample foods I’d never seen before. Like shredded Turkey. It was so good I ordered 3 different plates to take home to my family. I was supposed to cook that night but after that taste test, it was over for the hubby and kids. Ishmael helped me with a big order I needed to place for an upcoming event and he was SUPER HELPFUL. I would recommend this establishment 100%. My picky teenager does too, lol.

Great place for Cuban food! Always fresh and fast! Super attentive and will go out of their way to make you happy! I love their vaca frita, yuca (soooo good!), moros, chicharrones, arroz imperial, and black beans! I’ve had them all.

We had the traditional Cuban breakfast. Although it was pretty good, coffee was a little cold and the bread was a bit dry.
Price was good and the servers were very friendly.
Overall I would recommend this place, they appear to have a big crowd for lunch and dinner.
Great concept and built for speed and traffic.
Lawn guys were working and no one closed the doors, so that was a bit awkward and loud.

Wow, wow, wow! I found this place while searching for authentic Cuban food in my area, and I was absolutely delighted with my experience. The moment I walked in, I was struck by the incredible variety, it’s every food lover’s Disneyland! They even have a Spanish-inspired section with an impressive selection of wines, champagne, cheeses, and Spanish ham.
The environment is spotless and clearly very well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and fast-paced. I ordered the Soriano Bowl along with a fresh juice… the flavors literally exploded in my mouth!
I also grabbed some house-made desserts to go, and my husband loved them. I’ll definitely be coming back soon with more friends and family!

Other than the food being okay sometimes , my experience wasn’t great. The Cuban pizza really missed the mark — the dough tasted more like a biscuit and there was way too much cheese. For the price of a large pizza, they don’t know what is to make a real cuban pizza. it’s definitely not worth it. It was expensive for something that didn’t taste good at all, and I wouldn’t order it again.

Been here several times! I’ve had the vaca frita with white rice and maduros many times, and has always been full of flavor and fresh. I’ve also had their ropa vieja, congris, lechon, moros, arroz imperial, and the yuca (which is always garlicky and delicious). The place is very clean, the service is super friendly, and it just feels like a spot that takes pride in their food and the experience they give you. Love this place!
