Just found out about this adorable boutique Italian Cafe from a friend last week and it’s definitely a 5 star experience from start to finish.

There are so many options here with regards to a light lunch, pasta dinner or tempting Italian style cannoli, Panna cotta, croissants you may be hard pressed to make up your mind on what to choose.

This past Sunday I came here with a good friend of mine and chose the extremely delicious margarita pizza which is served as a generous thick slice of bread with tomatoes and sauce and also had an iced latte. Today I am here by myself enjoying the happy vibes.
I chose a truly yummy Arancini Rice ball with Sicilian meat sauce inside. It’s buttery and melty and delectable. The outside has a crunchy and crisp texture and the inside portion of rice and bolognese…sauce so tasty and melty with cheese dripping off your fork.

I am now enjoying a house made Gelato half chocolate and half espresso

This place has been packed on both visits and the Cafe is not just a coffee bar and a wonderful restaurant that serves authentic tasting Italian cuisine.

I highly recommend this cute bistro If you’re looking for a fun and lively spot to hang out with your friends and family for the holidays.

The atmosphere inside the store was amazing, and the lines were organized into desserts, food, and gelato, so checking out was super easy. I didn’t have to wait in a long line, which was really convenient. Everyone was friendly, and the pistachio desserts were absolutely perfect. I had the pistachio cream croissant, and it was so delicious that it really surprised me. The patio has plenty of seating, so I’d love to come back with my dog. Both the indoor vibe and the outdoor patio were fantastic. The savory food also looked really good, so I definitely want to visit again!

Not the place for me. The food was ok; nothing special. The mussels were cooked as they should be, the spicy sauce they were in was ok. The osso bucco was fatty. The risotto it was served with was the best thing out of both entrees. They forgot my husband’s beer. The environment was “eclectic” (read: too much stuff everywhere). And, they tried to be cute and hang Santa’s outfit on a laundry line but I didn’t really need to stare at a dirty undershirt and socks while trying to enjoy dinner. The people were nice though. We were disappointed because we really wanted to like this place!

Solid place for authentic pastries and fresh coffee! I’ve only tried lunch there once, a simple pasta dish and it was just fine. I have not yet been for dinner, but I have ordered pick-up or take-out before, through the restaurant direct – $15 minimum. I will say they are still working on finding their groove, service-wise and system-wise. Even with an online order, it appears somewhat disorganized behind the counter.

Overall workers are friendly, but sometimes you just have to catch someone’s attention and that can take a minute or two, sometimes more. Everyone working seems chaotically trying to rush to do their task; they do hustle, which I appreciate, but it could definitely more customer-forward or customer-positive. I think the design of the “pickup window/counter” at the end of the ordering is quite confusing. A lot of times I’ve noticed people just standing in a big huddle there, waiting. It’s hard to tell what is pick-orders and what is dine-in. Hopefully they are working on putting systems in place to help that process evolve.

Never for once this place has disappointed!!
This has turned out to be our work from home place, dinner date place, hangout with friends place, and a casual brunch place.

With their cozy vibes and hands down fresh/delicious food/wine/desert/coffee selection, this place is meant to indulge and make memories. ❤️❤️

Best in price with great food/ambience/lovely-lively people to make elevate your experience.

Must try!!!!!!!!!!

This is a cool concept… Counter order, table serve, and the available options* are displayed behind a glass case which you can review while you wait in line.

I picked the osso buco, and I was surprised at how little it cost. Unfortunately, it turned out to be just a fair value for the money. My serving was very very fatty and a bit tough versus the fall off the bone expectation.

*I originally ordered lasagne, but it turns out they were out. I would prefer to have 86d options removed from the line, because I then had to hold people up while I rushed into a second choice.

Dessert was excellent, panna cotta with nice presentation and a home made taste.

The dining area is kind of cool, with the feeling of sitting on a terrace in Genoa. Service was kind and friendly. They forgot to bring my beer but once I reminded someone, it was a quick fix.

Absolutely wonderful experience at this Italian restaurant! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with an authentic Italian charm that makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in.

The food is outstanding. The pasta was perfectly cooked al dente, the sauces were rich and well-balanced, and the pizza had a thin, crispy crust with high-quality ingredients. You can truly taste the freshness and attention to detail in every dish.

The service was excellent — friendly, attentive, and professional. Everything was served promptly and beautifully presented.

Highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates genuine Italian cuisine and a comfortable dining experience. I will definitely be coming back!

Lovely place and great quality food. Wonderful decor, a bit too loud during brunch hour, but that’s okay, I guess. Maybe it gets quiter at other times. Paid $16 for spinach egg bites, plain croissant and coffee! Can’t beat that price!

The cutest Italian restaurant in all of the Northwest suburbs. Hannah and Mario are the owners and it is a family owned restaurant. When you walk in the doors, you immediately feel as if you’re in Sicily, Italy, and the atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. The food is incredible and very authentic. The owners really care about the restaurant and their customers and it is so nice to be able to support a local family business. I highly recommend going to this restaurant if you are looking for an incredible meal and quality time with your loved ones.

Also, the cannolis are absolutely amazing!!
