Delicious food! Beautiful setting! Creative cocktails and expansive wine collection. Apart from a few Knick knacks from the Tucson Kitchen, everything is brand new and fresh! You would be lucky to have Jeff as your server as he made our experience very special. Highly recommended. The only downside is that it’s kinda expensive — Boston prices in Burlington!!

Top tier dining experience! I’m gonna dream about the wine sauce they cook the veal in and will definitely be back for the pasta. Highly recommend for corporate events and family style dinners

Everything tasted amazing. Only thing that caught me off guard was the fact that the pasta (orecchiette) was a bit hard to chew. The coffee beverage I had was good, however in my opinion— too much ice, not enough of coffee. I am not well educated on Italian food so these could be how they should both be served.

I visited with my husband on the restaurant’s 2nd night of opening. The restaurant was very nice, loved all the decor. Very elegant, perfect for meeting up with friends or date night which was why we decided to check them out (not really a place where I would bring my child – we pay attention to this since we have a child). The staffs were all very nice and attentive. The music was LOUD which was the first thing I noticed upon entering, even made a comment to my husband about it before we even sat down. I feel like the drinks could use some improvement. The 2 drinks I had tasted watered down to me. We ordered the octopus for appetizer and I really did not care for the sauce that came with it at all. It was bland and boring. Our entrees however were delicious. I had the Fusill and my husband had the Ravioli Brasato; both were amazing. We ordered the tiramisu for dessert. I appreciate the table side prep service that came with this but I highly encourage the restaurant to reassess how it is being done. There was a lot of room for improvement especially when it came to food handling. Our waitress put on her glove prior to the dessert preparation. However, she put on her right glove then used her non-gloved left hand to adjust the fingers of her right gloved hand therefore already contaminating it with her left non-gloved hand. Once both of her hands were gloved, she kept grabbing onto the side of the rolling table to reposition the table then she touched the ladyfingers with her contaminated gloves and served it to us. Most people probably would not notice these things but my job requires that I pay attention to infection control so I couldn’t help but notice it. The tiramisu tasted amazing, however. Overall we did enjoy our experience though we agreed that service was slow but it was their 2nd night and knew that they will have some kinks to work out.

Really enjoyed our experience here! Complimentary tableside parmesan with your choice of a dressing – we went with the honey truffle – very good! The food was delicious and authentic tasting. I absolutely loved the bolognese!
Service and atmosphere were great, too. They really elevated the environment from when it used to be Tuscan Kitchen.

Rachael provided outstanding service. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. She really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.
We also loved the special dish prepared by the sous chef. It was incredible! Truly memorable.
We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

We were excited for the re-opening of the completely revamped Tuscan Kitchen as the Sorella Toscana Cucina and it did not disappoint. Our lovely server, Meghan, was so attentive, friendly, and professional, and made our dinner so enjoyable. The food was delicious – pasta dishes and sauces were authentic and the beef short rib dish was melt in your mouth scrumptious. The completely updated decor is inviting, warm, and beautifully modern. Sorella has become one of our new favorites!
We will be back again and again and hope to see Meghan again in the future.

Came to the bar at Sorella Sat nite with my husband. It’s beautiful and new inside, food was ok but very pricey. We ordered 2 espresso martinis from the menu and Jessica made them, she was very nice and enjoyable to talk with. She noticed that we really weren’t enjoying them, they just tasted off and different. She asked us if she could remake them for us, she returned 2 min later with fresh espresso and the new ones were phenomenal. We def will be back to have espresso martinis with Jessica and maybe an app or two.

Sat at the bar Friday. Renovations look fantastic and great new menu items. Love that places around here are finally putting clams on pizza! Rachel made a great manhattan and was so fun to talk to. . Nothing on the cocktail list intrigued my wife who likes a good rum drink, so she whipped up some sort of tiki drink that should be on the menu! Can’t wait to go back.
