Not sure why bad reviews but we enjoyed our coffee, it was hot and fresh unlike what others have said. We ordered a large black coffee and a Carmel macchiato. Both good. We waited in line for maybe five minutes but who doesn’t wait in line at a coffee shop. We would stop back.

Just sat out in the rain on my walk to work for about ten minutes to not even be able to give an order for the coffee I usually never get. Open signs on. Online hours say they’ve been open since 5am, and there was just nobody there. I had time to smoke a cigarette and scroll after hitting their doorbell thing to try and get anyone’s attention. For coffee at $10 a pop, that’s wild work.

I had a gift certificate so I got some coffee this morning. It was packed. I got in line in the drive through at sat in the same spot for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, people who arrived after me were coming and going from the walk up window. Once they started helping the drive through, it went at normal speed. I asked for a cold brew with light cream and even said I wanted the coffee to still be dark. It wasn’t when I got to the window, so they remade it for me. Took it away from viewing area and made weird faces at me. So who knows what they did to it.
Previous review: I usually get an iced Americano with some cream but it tastes so acidic here that I went with a cold brew with some cream today. Some. It doesn’t taste like coffee at all.

The only time I get sorbenots is when I am working in Oregon and you can never go wrong with this franchise love all the choices and employees actually listen and make it exactly how you want it or if first time they help with suggestions very friendly..my go to is the snickerdoodle so freaking good.
