The food was great! I enjoyed everything we ordered. The spring rolls were 10/10. Large portions of food, but it is a bit expensive. The margaritas were excellent. I’m glad we found Sora, we will definitely be returning soon!

We moved here at the end of 2025 and this was our first time trying this place. We got 2 hibachi entrees and some extra veggies. Honestly the best food I’ve had in so long. This will be a regular meal for our family now. Good value, good quality. I cannot wait to try more of what they have to offer!!! Yummy! Thank you Sora ♥️

The BEST sushi… EVER! They also have hibachi that is great and packed full of flavor. Everything is so extremely fresh and flavorful. Prices are great, even better at lunch. The service is incredible, the atmosphere is clean and well kept, but nothing compares to the sushi! They really have mastered the art and I 10/10 recommend this restaurant.

Every bite of the hibachi was an absolute flavor explosion—perfectly seasoned, tender, and cooked to perfection. The steak melted in my mouth, the chicken was juicy, the shrimp had that ideal smoky char, and the scallops were a heavenly addition. It was the most flavorful hibachi I’ve ever had, with generous portions that could easily satisfy two people without leaving leftovers—a rarity these days!

I encourage everyone to drop by and experience Sora Sushi & Steak House. The food is absolutely incredible and the portions are great. The Dynamite Roll is a favorite of mine as well as the Salmon Hibachi.

I’ve had the pleasure and opportunity to live in coastal states for 16 years. Lived in California when I was in the Navy and then to Florida for 8 years after service. Tennessee is landlocked but eating here, you wouldn’t know it. The raw sushi is amazing and the deep fried Sora roll? 10/10, prices are on par with Knoxville and Farragut because they use real crab and not imitation, which most sushi places use that imitation stuff. It makes a huge difference. The two servers we had were great. I’m very impressed and this is our new Sushi favorite. We used to love the sushi place in Oak ridge called Fulins and it closed. So we had been going to Kabuki, but this place supersedes both! The crab Rangoon’s are the best I’ve ever had!

We’ve tried several sushi restaurants between Clinton and Knoxville and had yet to find some authentic good sushi that wasn’t all deep fried. Came across Sora and decided to give it a try. We’ve been several times and each time the sushi and sashimi is fresh and great! Apps are equally as good. Staff is friendly and attentive. In my opinion the best sushi you can get in the area!
