On a Friday night I ordered 2 chicken fillet and fries platters for pickup. I got there within 15 minutes! Chicken was good. Fries were soggy and old. No napkins, the phone order seemed incomplete. Is it just old-school to ask what sauce, and suggest a beverage, then give the total and throw in some free napkins? Sure stuff happens during busy hours but this is sub-standard. I am an Italian chef, I would be insulted by this at my business.

My friend Rose and I are regulars and love Sopranos! The service is great, staff is friendly and they are always ready to make sure you get things the way you like them. Shout out to our favorite waitress, Amber! Hey to Mike the delivery/everything dude! See you guys soon. I suggest the mussels with red sauce. One of my personal favorites.

Used to love Sopranos- it was our go-to spot for delivery. But customer service is severely lacking and will not return due to that fact. We placed an order on Grubhub one night and waited over an hour with no update to delivery status. I ended up calling the restaurant and was told they didn’t have a record of our order- that they’d been having issues with their system all day and I could call to speak to the manager tomorrow if I needed to. Then said they would put our order in but it would be be another hour or so before it was ready. And that was it. The person on the phone never even apologized for the inconvenience and that rubbed me the wrong way. We ordered from them on a weekly basis and now not at all.

Just moved to the area and have been disappointed with the local food ,Untill I found sopranos the food is great the service was amazing. The girl Amber was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed also recommended the chicken cacciatore which I loved.
