I ordered a group lunch through UberEats. For the second day in a row (yesterday was a different restaurant) my order arrived with a missing item. I called Soprano’s to see where the breakdown happened and they owned that they missed the sandwich ordered. That was admirable (in this day & age where few take responsibility for mistakes) and had someone from their location deliver the missing item. It was hot out of the oven.
I order from Soprano’s almost weekly and will continue to do so because the food is good and the customer service is even better.

I’ve been coming here since it opened and when Tony owned it, prices were great and the food was amazing. It really was the best kept secret in garland. Now the food sucks and the prices have been jacked up by the new owner. I really don’t want to drive further to get something else but I’m going to have to.

I ordered a veggie pizza delivered, it arrived a few minutes earlier than the estimate and the delivery driver was happy and pleasant, which is great! The pizza was absolutely delicious, loaded with healthy vegetables, crispy and very tasty.

Dined in with my sons. Ordered a meat lovers pizza, kids spaghetti, and kids chicken tenders. Pizza was delicious and a medium is enough for two to share. Will definitely be coming back to try something different!

The Tony’s Favorite is my new favorite pizza. The ingredients are super fresh and the Alfredo/Marina sauces are elite. Customizing my orders are easy and food is always hot when delivered. Will definitely order from this restaurant again. Just can’t say enough about Sopranos.

When asked what the hold up was, was told that other tickets had arrived before “yours”, and this was 55 minutes after placing the order… and before not delivering the whole order…
