Decent spot The bread we got at the beginning was so light and fresh. We got chicken parm, meatballs and scampi. Portions are very large and we have so many leftovers!!
Service was friendly, food came out fast. I was a little disappointed in the noodles, consistency and flavor were average. Meatballs were good and had a little kick, sauce was zesty. Scampi had a good mount of shrimp and not overcooked.

Great homey feeling restaurant. Food was superb . We had two pizzas – one of which was a clam pizza. The best combo of Italy and Oregon in one bite – can’t say enough about it. Eggplant parm was also really filling and delicious. Will definitely be on my list of regular places to visit!
Service was top notch. We felt like we were the only people there with the level of attention.

My wife and I had an opportunity to finally go try this new eatery in Springfield. We were pleasantly greeted by Amber. We immediately had our drink order taken, fresh bread brought to the table. Ordered appetizers and entrees. Our appetizers came out hot and fresh! The meatballs were so delicious!! Probably the best we’ve had! Our entree’s were very good! I tried the Shrimp Scampi and my wife tried their linguine and clams. Great experience! Great service from both servers! Very good food!

he shrimp was very salty and the noodles had no taste. My wife had the ravioli and it was VERY al dente. The noodles were kinda hard. The biggest issue with her meal was that her food was cold. I think it would help if they warmed up the plates before they put food on them.
All in all the staff were kind. You could tell the server noticed I didn’t eat much of my food and she asked, but I was trying to be kind. And I think she discounted the price of my plate which was really nice.

REALLY wanted to give this place 5 stars because the food was amazing but the service was not great. Server was friendly but promised some bread to our table when he brought us wine but 40 minutes later there was still no bread. Dinner took 80 minutes to arrive after ordering. I’d try it again just to see if it was an off night.

Unbelievable. Got the Gorgonzola, caprese, and two Campari spritz. I don’t like caprese most of the time, but I will come here just for the caprese moving forward! I wish I’d saved more room because the Gorgonzola was so flavorful and rich. The steak was perfectly done. Will be back for certain, many more times. We’re locals and so happy Sophia’s is here!

Amazing dining experience at Sophia’s! The food is fantastic. We had the gorgonzola gnocchi and figgy pig pizza and both dishes were excellent. Very fresh ingredients and amazing flavor. Nice cocktail list, though settled for the Aperol spritz (which was very good) to get in the true Italian spirit.
Small interior, but very intimate and enjoyable. Enjoyed the music (a good mix of Ella, Frank, etc.). Good service with friendly staff. It was our first time and we can’t wait to come back! Nice to have another excellent dining option in downtown Springfield!
