Each time I’ve been the waiter wasn’t consistent in checking in on us. The food is decent but takes awhile to come out to your table. Also the place almost seems like it’s falling apart. In the womens bathroom the toilet is sunken into the floor and tile is broken, just seems dangerous.

We have been sitting here for over a hour without receiving our food. The waiter came to us after waiting here for this long stating its because of the cattlemen but they were almost done serving them and that was 20 minutes ago and still counting . You need a better way on serving your customers. The restaurant was not busy with other customers either. I won’t be coming back.

Overall the seafood platter was good except the fries. The fries were hard. I didn’t eat the frogleg included as my x-husband burned me out on froglegs but that did not influence the rating I gave it since that is my personal issue.

They must have replaced some workers there, because according to the past reviews service was terrible. However, we went last night and the young men that were working were awesome!! Very courteous and respectful. And food was great as well.

I gave 5 stars so I can be seen. I ordered the seafood platter after paying 25 dollars I expected to feel some kind of not being hungry. I get 2 shrimp one stuffed crab 1 frog leg about 7 fries. And 2 peices of fish. Where is the rest? Then I had to wait 25 minutes I got there 5 minutes early and it was cold my tray was empty… of course i ate the 2 shrimp and the one frog leg and this is what I have left… i will NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN… 25 DOLLARS FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT EVEN FILLING A LITTLE BIT. ILL STICK TO SUBWAY.
Ok so I desided to give soops another try…bc I have ate here before and it was a great experience… so this time I ordered a hamburger poboy and well I got a ham poboy bc they read it wrong I had to wait over an hour…and had to come back to soops for them to cook the correct thing thank God I work down the road its an up and a down its a down bc I’m working have to take an hour out my time to come get my order correct… this is crazy… other then all the trouble I have to get the things i ordered the food is good i believe in mistakes I’ll try this place again but one more mistake they lose my service

Went to this restaurant since I was a child always great service, but tonight was the only two people there when we ordered. It took 50 minutes to get most of our food, and my crab au gratin cam out as I was paying to leave and they didn’t want to take anything off the bill.

I went there with a date for lunch and it took forever to get greeted by a Server. Then when I was greeted there server was terribly rude! I asked for something special like no lettuce or something like that I cant remember exactly but the server rolled her eyes and acted real rude, we got up and left. Wont go there ever again and I highly recommend skipping this place!

Compared to so many of the Cajun restaurants around here, this one should be very low on the list to try.
Food was blah and lacked just about everything (though it was properly cooked). Venue is not disgusting at all, just pathedic. Services was very poor, when it was even there to be found.
