The bests sushi in Pincher Creek! So delicious and it leaves you wanting more. The service is great, there are buttons you can press for service. Staff is very kind and welcoming, the food is affordable and everything new I try is delectable and leaves me craving more. 100% recommend should you visit Pincher Creek or are passing by!

This is a fantastic restaurant. The food is amazing, the service is top notch, and the place is beautiful.
For food, we were on a road trip and stopped here for dinner. We got the Vegetable platter, the Tofu egg noodles, Tofu Ramen, and a Yam Avocado Roll. They were all great. The tofu was crispy, the rolls were expertly made, and the broth for the ramen was delicious.
The service was fast and efficient. It only took 10 minutes to get our food, and no waiting around for someone to take our order, there is a bell you press if you want service.
The place was beautiful, with chandeliers on the ceiling, nice ambiance, and lots of plants.
Overall, a very good sushi restaurant you should visit if you are in Pincher Creek.

This review is long overdue. I’ve been coming here since it’s opening. I’m so glad soo sushi survived the pandemic. It truly is a feat for a sushi restaurant to do so well in such a hick town, and I send many locals and visitors alike this way despite working for a restaurant here myself. I love sushi, and have tried many other restaurants, but this location truly has the best. Its rice-to-filling ratio is perfect, there’s many flavourful sauces, the combinations are unique and delicious, the plating and presentations are always beautiful, and there’s so many more options for those who don’t necessarily like sushi to enjoy. Please give this place a try. They always have lovely music playing, the decor is beautiful, and it’s in a great location. And please never get rid of the Koroke Roll, or the Soohouse Roll. Truly my favourites.

I absolutely love Soo Sushi. I eat here more than I’d like to admit. Ordered some delivery this evening, and unfortunately was pretty disappointed. California roll was good, but they’re very simple. Miso soup was delicious as always. The Pincher Creek roll was unfortunately soggy, with so much batter on it. Couldn’t even eat it. I got the assorted tempura and I was so disappointed. For almost $20, I got 2 very small, very over cooked crab sticks, 2 very over cooked shrimp, 2 slices of yam and 3 small pieces of other vegetables (not even sure what they were). It’s usually one of my favourite appetizers, but again, could barely eat it. Spent over $70 (with delivery fee and tip) and ate about half of the food. The staff is always so friendly, the food is usually delicious, and I hope this was a one off.

Ordered a takeout when I stayed at one of the Motels in town. I didn’t have much expectations at first to be honest. Surprisely fresh and tasty sushi rolls up to standards. Recommend to everyone if you had enough fast foods on the road.

Absolutely wonderful experience at Soo Sushi. The ambiance is great, the service was excellent – and the food? Oh the FOOD was the absolute star of the show – my goodness was it tasty. We’re here in Pincher Creek for a couple of days, and may not bother to go anywhere else.
Definitely try the beef fried noodles – but don’t sleep on the sushi either!

My family and I we were visiting Waterton Park, however we decided to stay at Pincher Creek due the affordability for hotels pricing. We went for dinner to Soo Sushi at Pincher Creek and it didn’t disappoint at all when I wasn’t expecting much for a small and cozy city. The decor of the restaurant is colourful. The food came hot(temperature), fresh and tasty. See the last picture details for pricing and food description. I duly recommend this place if by any chance you visit Waterton Park! The staff were friendly and courteous all the time despite we arrive 15 minutes prior they close the kitchen! Plenty of free parking around the restaurant!

I had the most incredible dining experience at this restaurant! The sushi was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Beautiful interior full of real flowers. The lemon chicken was a delightful surprise, with a perfect balance of tangy and savory flavors. The service was exceptional, and the ambiance was just right for a memorable meal.
