I’ve been to a lot of Mexican food places in Bullhead and this one is ranked #1 on my goto. The Carne Asada tacos are the best! Tons of choices on Salsas, condiments (onions, cilantro, etc.) all is great tasting. VERY short wait times, they are very fast at getting your food! I’ve been here a few times and will no longer go to the other places to eat Mexican food. They are only open certain days but it’s definitely worth trying (you wont regret it)

This place was amazing! I’m a Mexican gal, and I can honestly say these are some of the best tacos I’ve had. We visit Laughlin a few times a year, and this is definitely our new go-to spot. It’s way better than anything the casinos offer—Guy Fieri’s Mexican restaurant doesn’t even come close. If you’re craving real, authentic Mexican food, do yourself a favor and come check this place out!

Portions, portions, portions! I took a picture of a half eaten torta, the thing is HUGE and a quesobirria with a large amount of meat. Husband and I ordered dinner at 9:45ish on Friday night. Oh my gosh, the nearby locals are safe guarding this spot to keep lines short and wow affordable pricing. They have a real salsa bar and out door seating should you want to sit down and chow down. You can get a torta for about 7 dollars and the thing is gigantic. The quality is on point, flavor is on point. You can tell this is a family owned business and they care about their food products. You can pay cash, zelle or card too. With a bit of marketing this place would have lines from sunset to 12AM closing. It’s that unbelievably delicious. Just pull over and give them a try. You won’t regret it. Also, the cutest color matching van and stand.

My favorite flavorful meal when we go to Laughlin NV. Its a food truck and the Carne asada burritos habanero salsa and the rest of the goodies on the salsa bar. Best Mexican food in the area. The bad thing is it’s not open every day and we’re in town a lot mid week and they are not there.

As a so-cal native, I like to think I have a solid idea of what I want from a taco spot.
This truck has it. I got the al pastor burrito and the pork adobado burrito, both without beans, and the meat was bomb, juicy, and flavorful. Tortillas were flaky, nicely toasted, and not dripping with meat grease.
The salsas were solid, with my favorites being the tangy verde and the smooth and slightly spicy avocado salsa.
And we got the perfect cucumber agua fresca to cool us down. My advice: Get the large.
They’re open on weekends for dinner and late night, and the service was awesome.
Will have to come back next time we visit Laughlin.

I am so glad I found this place! It’s in the parking lot of Family Dollar, so I also got some quick shopping done, lol.
The service was FAST and friendly, very helpful. They don’t open til evening, once the sun in the desert has lost it’s intensity.
The food is great! I’m assuming it’s authentic since I noticed other customers, who seemed like regulars, ordering in Spanish lol. It was Americanized enough that I could handle the heat–there are 2 levels of sauces available, medium & hot-thrre is a guacamole sauce, red, and green sauces. I ordered tacos. I explained to the counter person what I wanted and she helped me choose. I don’t remember exactly what I ordered but it was awesome!! So glad this orange truck is cooking up great food right down the street from me!!

We drove by looking for a restaurant but found this cute food truck. My family ordered the asada tacos, asado burrito, birria tacos and birria burrito. Food was ready within a few minutes of ordering and delivered to the tables set up by them. Everything was delicious and packed with meat. So much flavor on every bite. We were very satisfied. Will most definitely keep going when we are back.

I ordered through one of the apps. I ordered a no meat “Quesaburro”, mild green salsa and a Strawberry Horchata. All I can say is Wow! This is the first time I had ordered from here and will definitely continue to do so. They are very accomodating. Anything you need call and they’ll tell you how to handle. The flavors are wonderful. Wow wow wow. Definitely the best flavored food in BC!!!
