I grabbed their square pie, over the weekend with loaded with pepperoni, ricotta, and a slick drizzle of hot honey—and let me tell you, it slapped. The crust was that golden sweet spot: crispy on the bottom, airy inside, and sturdy enough to carry the weight of those flavor-packed toppings without ever going limp. The pepperoni curled up with those crispy edges, the ricotta brought a cool, creamy balance, and that hot honey tied it all together like a spicy-sweet mic drop.
Even after the ride home, this pie held up like a champ—still hot, no sogginess, no disappointment. It’s the kind of slice that makes you pause mid-bite and go, “Damn.”
